Got my hair done here, never again!
Naomi left my hair soaking in toner in the sink for hours. My hair turned into red yarn. I told her exactly what I wanted and she damaged my hair.
I spoke to Indra, the manager, she hung up the phone on me and was very rude. She didn't even care about fixing the issue. She had an attitude and didn't care about her worker damaging my hair. I came out with brittle hair because of them not knowing what they're doing. Don't ever go here. Worst experience ever!
Went to get my hair done by normita. My hair is fried out to the point where I just wanna shave everything off. Save your hair and money go somewhere else
I understand the esthetician had a long day and a lot of clients waiting, but that doesn’t make it ok for her to groan at me for saying I needed a full face wax when the moment I walked in the door I told her that’s what I wanted. I’m not sure why she was so surprised. She then proceeded to be super aggressive with the wax removal and that’s saying a lot since wax removal is painful but not to that extent. It was because she was rushing and not being careful on my face. Further proof of this she kept putting her fingers IN MY EYES. She didn’t even wash her hands before or after working on me. I’m not a confrontational person so I didn’t say anything lol except thank you at the end after paying the full price. And as I was walking out she started saying rudely “look! She’s not even going to tip me!” Which again I’m confused why she would even expect one after all I’ve mentioned. The receptionist was also really cold when I asked a question about the hair services they provide she just waved me off and said “ask the other guy I can’t help you” as she was texting on her phone. The male hair stylist was also really rude to another customer while I was in there. A male client asked for pink hair and the guy said “no that’s only for girls” very loudly and rudely not to mention sexist. I’ve worked customer service jobs all my life so I try to be understanding but this was uncalled for. Do not waste your hard earned money here!
NORMITA at this salon is money hungry and deserves to be fired ! I booked a appointment at the salon like a normal person. When I showed up she was running late which is understandable. I got my hair washed and waited patiently. When sitting there with my hair soaking wet she proceeded to come over to me and ask if I wanted her to cut my hair now or later because there is someone else (who came after me) waiting. I told her no I wanted her to do it now. She starts cutting my hair and got scissor happy and ruined my hair. She kept saying the hair cut I wanted has “layers” and the top of my hair is super short. I literally look like Willy Wonka from Charlie and the chocolate factory. My hair was so healthy and beautiful before I let this lady touch my hair. I am totally embarrassed to go outside with my hair to the point I have to tie the upper half up just cause it looks so terrible. She totally rushed my hair cut because she wanted to hurry just so she can get to the next lady. She could have simply said she could not do it if she didn’t have the time. It is literally taking everything in me to not show up at this salon and curse her out. I have to wait months for this to grow out. And I have to continue going outside looking like a complete crazy person with my hair looking like this. She needs to be FIRED !
I did a hair dye and cut a woman did the cut and dye she lead me to the sink for washing she Pepe me then a man came to do the washing I was so Uncomfortable as a Muslim woman having another man touching my hair especially . If I had wanted a man to do my hair I would of gone to a barber shop horrible for me. I won’t go back there. They should not have that kind of service since that neighborhood is multicultural religious area. ☹️
Roy is very good in hair styling… he is also a very nice and jolly person … Michael is so good at washing your hair he also give you a little head massage you feel so relaxing… The manager is amazing so nice to her staff and customers …
Not the worst place I’ve been to. Went for bridal hair updo and they did a terrible job and didn’t seem to care. Even though I had that negative experience with them I went back and there was a new guy, don’t remember his name but he does a great job! Went to him a few times as well as my mom and sister. He did cut my hair shorter than I asked him to my last hair cut but it still came out nice. Next time I will pay attention.
I went in for a quick trim and got my hair cut by the fair skin West Indian woman....pay $21 plus tip just to come home and realize that my hair is uneven. Don’t even think her combs or brushes were cleaned. I should have checked before I left. Won’t be going back.
