I love Betty salon I’ve been going to this salon for about 6 years and they have always been the best. I highly recommend Betty salon for any need you may have! Vivian is amazing!
Betty and her staff does an amazing job. Very creative with different styles for nails. And the price is Awesome. I recommend this place. But you have to call for an appointment. No walk in.
nails last long time, good service, gets real busy so I prefer booking appt but walk ins are available too.
I went to this place with the stylist named Alma to do a keratin job and she was always doing it in a rush because she makes appointments for other clients and apparently she wanted to finish me soon to continue with the next person, along with the work She sold me a shampoo and a hair cream saying it would do wonders, I left and the next day she calls me telling me to come back to the salon to rinse my hair and straighten it, this procedure should have been done the same day and not the next day , the result was that I did not receive the benefits of keratin and instead I only got a straightening, a shampoo and the cream for 260 dollars, I will never return here, this person is full of appointments and is always in a hurry and has clients waiting for hours

My appointment was at 11am, I came in and they asked me to come back at 2pm. So I did. Came at 2. Had my nails done after 3 hrs( with injuries to my cuticles that are still healing. As well as the nails being very thick even though I kept asking to make them thinner. Plus I was charged more than I was told. I don’t like to complain but customers should be aware. But on a positive note my friend gets her nails done by Betty and they always look so perfect.
