I always have a good experience here. They are very attentive and take their time. I have gotten both regular and gel manicures and pedicures. Customer service is top notch and services are always high quality. Dennis, Lena, Johnny.. They are all lovely! Highly recommend. But definitely call to make an appointment because they are regularly very busy.
First time coming here, would highly recommend. Service was great, didn’t have to wait, and he (Johnny) took his time. Didn’t feel rushed one bit, did an amazing job, and was able to relax. 10/10

My daughter and I went to Best Nails today and had an amazing experience. The staff was great and did a wonderful job on my daughter's nails and on my gel manicure. We can't wait to go back and try the pedicure!
they are super friendly and did such a great job! made me feel comfortable while i was getting my nails done! they were a bit busy so i did have to wait but it was worth it! definitely recommend coming here.
They made an appt for 5 and willing took my extra as a walk in. They were funny and professional. They made sure to listen to my needs and concerns. I will definitely make sure to go back. My party got pedicures and no one had complained but also look forward to going back. The kids loved it and wasn't scared of the procedures. The staff took great care of kids and moms wonderfully.
