Well stocked considering the size of the establishment. The clerk was friendly and took the time to attend to my needs finding the items I needed in the back. He even threw in a little gift for my patronage. I will be back.
One of my favorite beauty supply stores in the RVA area. Lots of merchandise (hair, beauty products, makeup, clothing, jewelry) & well stocked. Store staff is also friendly & helpful. Reasonable prices. A few items are a bit more expensive than other locations, but overall great values can be found here. Definitely one of my go-to stores.
Great store layout, displays, and variety. Wonderful place to visit with incredible savings and selections for wigs, hair extensions, weaves and haircare products. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and makes an extra effort to be helpful & available. Great discount program that offers FREE $20 based on each visit. Definite gem that a cut above other area beauty supply stores. Highly recommend ????‼️
I have been coming here for over 2 years now and they never disappoint. They are usually quick about getting the latest products and I love that they have a rewards program. They even have an assistant who is familiar with a lot of the brands because she albacore too use them. She is also very helpful and approachable. I primarily purchase loc accessories, hair products, eyelashes, makeup and my wooden earrings from here.
Best place to buy hair in the city the prices are very low on all products from hair to chemicals and cosmetics. The customer service there is impeccable. They greet you at the door with eagerness to help. The variety of wigs are great and they have a natural look to them. Something for everyone. They sell clothes also all the way up to a 3x. All around FANTASTIC store.
This used to be my favorite beauty supply store and I would always recommend it to others, but after what I experienced yesterday, this place is unacceptable. I was looking at some products to buy, but I was unsure of which one is better. I wanted to look them up and I realized I left my phone in the car. I set the items down and went to my car to grab my phone. All of a sudden, I hear the cashier rush outside behind me while I’m getting my phone and questioning where I put the items. I told him I was getting my phone and I was coming back to the store but he kept being persistent and followed me back inside, continuing to question me. I showed him where I put the products and he still didn’t believe me. He said he was going to check the cameras, which took about 7 minutes. Had people looking at me because of the scene and accusations he made about me stealing.When he finally realized I didn’t steal anything, he didn’t even utter an apology. All he said was “you’re right” and continued to look at the shelf I put the items back on. I walked out of that store embarrassed and angry. They definitely just lost a costumer.
Staff is very nice, as others have said, and knowledgeable. MANY MANY hair stores are not! So this was a pleasant surprise. So they have won my service and I will always go here. Another thing I really liked was how spacious it was. You don't feel cramped or crowded.
Love it. Great, helpful staff. Sometimes they don't open on time or I would have given them 5 stars. They also allow you to stamp a card every $20 you spend to receive store credit after a certain amount of stamps.
