Bella Diva was an AMAZING experience and I will always go here now that i have found them! After a longish wait (the day before Christmas Eve so they were busier than anticipated) the pedicure was so relaxing and one of the longest foot massages I've ever received. When getting my fill in and new art done, the techs did a lot of rotating but they each have individual strengths and i appreciated that they were honest about their skills after being disappointed by so many nail techs in Jax. The level of professionalism and kindness all the nail techs show here is amazing and I've found my forever salon! Thank you Bella Diva ????

I would recommend Quan to get your sns dip nails done here. He does a great job!!

I’m not sure if it’s the technique or the quality of work. But this was the first time my nails don’t chip or crack after 3 weeks. I came back for seconds to try a neon look. Quan did it again.

I also really liked the friendly vibe they carry between each other. Everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. I appreciate being in a very friendly environment.

The 1 less star is due to my pedicure. Not sure who did my pedicure, but it was not a good experience. It took 3 hrs long and honestly I was uncomfortable watching the nail tech reuse unsanitary tools. ????

I did say something, coming back to give it a 2nd chance on the pedicure.

I have fell in love with Bella Diva Nails! I get my nails done regularly and have tried so many places around Jacksonville and the Beaches. I get annoyed because I was finding myself needing to go every two weeks when I was going to other locations and decided to give Bella a try. I'm SO glad I did! I now have beautiful nails that last a whole month, and my real nails are finally GROWING! Soon I won't have to add tips, because I finally have growth. Quan is amazing! I also had others help me here, but I'm so sorry I didn't catch their names. The man who runs the desk is SO sweet! I have been meaning to go give a review, I have been about 3 times now and am looking forward to changing my nail design out to fall colors in a couple weeks! Trust me when i say I'm rough on my nails, I have a problem biting my nails when I'm stressed, so it's a miracle when they have the skills to keep someone like me with a full gorgeous looking set for a month at a time! Plus, their prices are so good! - Trust me, I have only good things to say.

Great pedicures, very hygienic with each basin wrapped in its own plastic wrapper before water is added. Each customer gets single use lotions, scrubs etc on their legs and feet. Personnel are nice overall, skilled, prices are $35+. Be prepared to wait, schedule an appointment.

Great service and elite staff. Nails, Toes, Brows and Tip under a $100 bucks. I’ll be back.

Services are good. Had both manicure and pedicure multiple times - even did our wedding party there. Staff is friendly and courteous. Highly recommended for artwork on your nails.

Uyen did an amazing job on my set. I didn't feel rushed or like she was rushing through my set which was a plus. She had great attention to detail but finished them in a VERY reasonable time! Happy customer here! 10/10 recommend

I recently started getting acrylic on my nails again, and have had a very hard time finding someone who can do a decent job. My friend gets her nails done by Phillip and swore by him so I went in today and I am in love with my nails. They have never looked this good ever!
