100/10 recommend this salon. I was very impressed by how quickly and professionally the hair colorist and the owner of this salon were able to fix my previously damaged hair. I approached them very sad, I wasn't sure if anyone would be able to repair my hair on such short notice. Not only did I leave the salon incredibly happy, but No one can even tell the damage my hair had been through before. The salon owner was very accommodating to me, and the services she provided were personalized to my liking. The hair colorist (summer) worked very quickly, and my hair came out incredibly beautiful. It's my birthday this weekend, and luckily Begums Salon saved my day. Thank you!!

I walk in to Begum today to color my hair and eyebrows threading. Minu gave me a warm welcome as always. Even though I didn’t make any appointment she took me in and tried her best to accommodate me into her schedule. What I experience today a customer walk in and wanted to do some services but the salon was packed as it’s a long weekend. Minu told her that she has 2 more people before her instead of 3 if she can wait. 5 minutes later the customer started complaining why she was told wrong number of customer and asked for a discount. Even upon agreeing to her request she was bad mouthing Minu. It’s a shame how we treat people when they are providing us with a great service. Minu is very professional, she not only give you good customer service but she will tell you exactly what is good for you, you skin because she cares for you. Love Begum and their service. Will recommend everyone to go there.

I’ve been using Begum’s for nearly 10 years. Minoo and staff are awesome - I always leave satisfied. Minoo goes out of her way to make sure the customer leaves happy. Will continue to utilize this establishment for my eyebrow threading.

My mom needed to get her hair done for an event and her previous hair dress didn’t do a good job, so I took her here and the service was EXCELLENT!! Super kind, highlighted my moms hair to perfection and quick service. We’ve tried some of their other services as well and are alway happy with the results. Check this salon out even if you aren’t in the area, the drive is worth it!

The absolute worst experience I have had with threading to this day! I warned the stylist to be careful with the sides of my eyebrows, as they are very thin and take a longer time to grow out. She did not listen, and she ended up removing WAY TOO MUCH hair. Now I have one eyebrow that is shorter than the other. I asked to be compensated for the poor experience via a gift certificate or coupon, and they refused to do so. The manager was also very unhelpful. I am a loyal customer and have been coming to begums salon for two years now. However, after today, I will not be returning, nor will I refer anyone else. Be warned if you plan to visit this location.

If you want to keep your long hair, be warned. I worked hard growing out my long hair to the point it reached almost my butt. It took me YEARS to grow it out. I asked the owner for a trim. 1in that’s all I wanted. She cut off half of my hair. A little past my shoulders. I literally was so stunned I couldn’t speak afterward. I cried in my car because my beautiful long hair was gone. NEVER WENT AGAIN. My friend had mid thigh length hair and went in for a trim with light layers and she cut her hair to her mid back. She said her ends were “dead” so they cut it all off without warning. I’m sorry but they are terrible at listening to what their customers actually want and do whatever the hell they want to do. Don’t go here for haircuts.
