Als die Eigentümer den Laden übernommen haben, war die Behandlung wesentlich besser und detaillierter. Jetzt hat man den Eindruck alles muss schnell und hoppla hopp gehen, damit man so viel Leute wie möglich unterbringt. Schade, dass dadurch die Gemütlichkeit und Entspannung auf der Strecke bleiben. Man fühlt sich nicht wie eine geschätzte Kundin sondern leider nur noch wie eine Nummer.

This is THE only nail place I will go to in Albuquerque. They are the best, the prices are reasonable, and their technicians are friendly, and talented. I have been going here longer than I remember, but I'm pretty sure it's been for over 7 years.
Today I went in with less than an hour before they closer because it was a last minute decision. I was fully prepared, and would have understood if they turned me away, but nope, they took me right away, even though they were busy. My nails look amazing, and I can't thank them enough.
Bad experience never going back, asked for an ombre natural nail set and got a french not pretty at all, the guy forgot what I wanted and when I asked him what he was doing he insisted that I asked for french, super dissapointed. I would give them no stars,,
You were all so amazing and kind to us. I felt like a princess and left with my nails looking absolutely perfect. The energy of the shop is amazing and playful. As long as I live in Albuquerque, this will be my nail spot!
Received a pedicure today from this business for the first time. I had an apt. for myself and my mom. The staff was very friendly. We both just had the basic pedicure with our toe nails polished. We were both very pleased with the end results. They did a great job cutting, trimming, & painting our toe nails which included a nice message at the end. Will definitely go back!
I sooo love going there to have my awesome nail tech Annie to get my nails looking sassy again. I recommend Sassy Nails for every male, woman, and child.
This has been taken over by new management and it is AWESOME!! It is so clean, well lit inside, new tables and chairs, great color choices, and the best massage chairs. They did a complete turn around with this place. As far as services go I was very pleased! I live in the area and normally drive pretty far to get to a decent nail place and now I have the best one right around the corner! Tim did my gel manicure and pedicure and he really took his time, which I appreciate. If you’re in a rush you should probably say so beforehand because they do take their time with you instead of rushing through it. I highly recommend Sassy Nails!
