My go to spot for hair care products. Love any business that is respectful to its customers, offers reasonably priced items, and a clean and inviting atmosphere…and they do just that.

Nice selection, great customer service, great exchange policy. The woman at the register who I believe is the owner is always so polite. She is patient when it comes to selecting products, because half the time I’m not sure what I’m looking for.

It’s a breath of fresh air to frequent a non Asian establishment as that’s all there seems to be around the area. You won’t have to feel like a criminal as soon as you walk in the door and have people following you around. I definitely recommend this store.

Tish is wonderful I've been going here for year's. She is the owner and always have what I need from wigs. To braided hair to all products and what is in now. Try her I am sure you will be happy when you come out from the warm welcome to help if you need it to finding what you need

I spent a good amount of time looking for a product that they didn’t even have... they catered to only ethnicity type hair and the icing on the cake I was accused of shop lifting!!! NAIL GLUE!

The woman with the short hair and foreign accent chased me out of the store and said she was calling the police on me.. I was scared and on shock!

The store is filled with cheap products and it was not my kinda shopping experience. Besides being accused of stealing $2.49 nail glue the condition of the store was gross.

Crazy woman!! Glad I’ll never have to go back there.

My first time in the store was yesterday. There was a young lady and young man working and both were friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with the item I was sold. At the time of purchase, I was told that it was clip-in extensions. I didn’t check myself which I should have. When I opened the package at home I found out that it wasn’t. I called the store and both the young man and woman were helpful in correcting the issue. They took responsibility in recognizing the mistake and correcting it. I’m writing this review just to say I appreciate the great customer service I was shown yesterday.

Hidden Gem! This store always has what I need without price mark-up. The owner is very friendly and takes the time to assist find exactly what I need. I highly recommend this Beauty Supply store without hesitation.
