This was actually my 3rd visit to this nail place. I admit that I keep forgetting it's there until I'm visiting Belk. I honestly don't know why! I have someone that does my nails regularly, and she's great, but I remember why I love thus place every time I use it at the last minute! I plan on making it my regular spot this time! A lady did my eyebrow wax and pedicure and a guy did my full set of nails. Both were excellent! They really took their time and my nails look amazing! I got a great leg and foot massage along with a paraffin treatment along with my pedi. She took her time and my feet and legs felt and looked great when it was over. The same for my full set. Both people were super nice and took great care of me!
I came in for a manicure and pedicure . They lady squatted down by my feet and looked at my toenail polish which was not grown out yet and said “you don’t need one.” I told her I did, it’s been two weeks. She got me set up in the chair and was on her cell phone the entire time. She even cut my toe (not toenail) with the toenail clippers and I was bleeding everywhere. She had to squeeze my toe to get it to stop.
The guy who did my manicure was very nice.
I really like the way they did my nails and they didn’t cut me or anything. Very nice and joking people. Definitely my fave place to go
Okay so I love the customer service but I've been getting gel nails ???? since forever ????and they never peeled out . The black gel polish also destroyed my shirt... I will be stopping by to get them repaired ???????? it's a inconvenience since I waited damn near a hr before I got in the chair... mistakes happen but I don't play about my claws
I went to Belks to pickup an item and decided to give this nail shop a try. I just needed my toes polished, the lady that polished them didn't do a good job. She got an attitude because I told her my toe polish was not right. A gentleman re-did them, he polished them better than she did.
Great place. Friendly staff and they do a great job on your feet. My wife loves it too, ssd's he normally gets her nails and feet done. We have been to others in the area but this place is the best.
Toe polish came off same day. Broke nail the same day. Gel polish coming off less than a week. Friendly people, but awful services.
The guy who did my dip polish was very aggressive and cut 3 of my fingers up. Funny thing is when I told me friend it was painful he said “I didn’t cut you!” But when he put one of the coats on they started burning immediately. I don’t think they knew how to do the ombré because I was with the lady at first. They got in an argument and she told me to move to his chair. Also my fingers are stained after. Oh and the item I picked said it was $55, but he charged me $60. This was truly the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon. Will never go back.
