Just horrible! Wish I had a choice of selecting no stars. Wasn’t greeted just ask what did I wanted and to have a seat. The guy that worked at seat 6 he wore glasses. He seems not to care about doing nails. He was not taking his time the Acrylic was running and all over my fingernails. My nails wasn’t really shaped how I wanted it but the shape he did look somewhat ok. Nails was not polish in the corners part of my nails. I was just over it and wanted to leave. I will never ever in life come back here. Hope the pictures speak for it self.
I worked here part time and later I requested to have my tax2022 tax return. The boss is a couple, I talked nicely to them and everything seemed fine, they were nice until they filed my name on the tax wrong with the address. I meant it is fine as long as my SSN is correct but my name was written inversely, my address is wrong because I got my license in Florida and I'm no longer live there, my family also bought a house, so I asked if they can correct my information. I asked and waited for a week, then I texted the wife if they have done it so or not, they said they were busy, and the next day they requested for my ID with the same new address I want to file in the taxes, if not he's not going to do so. My family just bought a house, and I'm moving around a lot. Nobody would ask the ID with same address in tax file, and I think the husband took his wife phone and texted me back, because his texts were so rude, he refused to correct my information and brought up my dad. I had no idea what i did wrong. The only thing I knew is that my dad was going here to work to replace my position after I leave the shop for college, but the first day of work, the husband brought a gun to the nails shop, and I don't know what happened, but my dad was scared why a person goes to work and brings the gun, so my dad decided not to work here and warned me not to work here again. The boss ended up threatened me and told me to go ahead and report this business. They refused to correct my information. This is an employee harassment, they didn't fulfil their duty towards the workers. I helped them when they needed workers, now they turned out to be bad. I had all the evidences of texts that he sent me, for sure, i dont think that this is a safe business since the boss brought gun to the shop and harassed workers. Who knows what he's going to do if you piss him off.
The first time going there was super and they treated me excellent customer service there is over the top and they don’t hurt your hand when doing your nails … I give them a 5 star review!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
If I could give 0 stars I would I wouldn't hear to get a pedicure and they took a picture of my card and then tried to deny it and didn't apologize don't fall for the fraud!
I wish I would have caught her name, but the lady who did my nails today did amazing! They are so so cute! She took her time and any imperfections she found she went back and redid it- which I’ve never had done! Thank you so much!
First time getting lipstick nails and they did a great job! I’m very happy and will be back.
I have to leave a review about the amazing service! I beiught my niece here for her birthday mani & pedi who is 6 and they were so sweet and did a fun look! Offered us drinks throughout, wished her happy birthday, and were just so nice! We will continue to come here!
Great place to get your nails done. Tammy was the best ever and she is extremely detailed oriented. I will not go anywhere else. AMAZING !!!
