If I could give zero stars I would I feel like if you have an establishment good customer service is definitely warranted but I did not receive that tonight. I went to this store about 15 minutes before they were closing just to grab a few things but in particular I was looking for a specific edge control the lady did not want to help me and when I got to the register she said something in Asian to the guy that works there and I could tell she was talking about me because she said phone and pointed towards me. I was not in any way disrespectful to her or the guy and I would hope that y’all don’t treat your other customers this way. I will not be going back here this is sad.
Honestly I'm not one to leave negative reviews often. However this place has the worst customer service ever. The female owner that works here always seems to have a chip on her shoulders. Sadly I've been patronizing this business on a regular basis for the past 10 years. After my experience today I'll never go back. I'd recommend finding a different beauty supply place where they actually have nicer service.

They have a good amount of beads for little girls and great customer service.
Hair is over priced and old had a funny smell to it and when I touched it in the pack it felt nappy. I found the same hair two packs for $13 cheaper at Regina’s Beauty Supply. The owner is also rude and nasty.
First time coming here and they not open at 10am like it says. Lady pulled up, I guess she works for store and gave me a evil look. I AM Thinking to myself don't you need my money to stay open!
Returned a dry rot $13 drawstring hairpiece for exchange and was told by the staff that it failed the "smell test". That it smelled like makeup. I was appalled as I had spent plenty of money there in the past. I couldnt have worn it as I still had braids in my hair but I did take it out of packaging for color comparison. Nonetheless they got ridiculously dramatic about me wanting to exchange and tried to keep it (probably to resell it). I asked for it back to put in the garbage myself, so no one would fall victim to dry rot merchandise and never went back.
Great spot for Black hair products and accessories if you're traveling from out of town and happen to be staying at a hotel or motel on Midlothian. It's in a convenient spot and can easily be seen from the street. Good prices and friendly customer service
