During my visit to this store the owner followed me and others very closely without asking if anyone if they needed assistance with finding something. I took my time to see if he was doing this to everyone and he had no remorse for following every single person around in the store. He watched the register very closely and the cashier very closely as well. Here’s my advice: Put security stickers on your products and invest in loss prevention if you want to catch someone stealing from your store. Your products are outdated and you need to keep track of the shelf life for the items you are selling. You need a better variety and you need to learn how to trust your employees and control your own inventory- or else get out of the business.
I wasn't impressed with this store. They only had one employee on the floor and she didn't know much about the inventory. The guy (owner?) running the cash register barely answered any of my questions either.????????

First time going in today and let me just say it was a very nice experience.
You are required to sanitize your hands when walking into the store which is understandable and they seem like they take pretty good preventative measures for COVID. The aisles are a bit small to walk through when there are multiple people but when I went in it wasn’t very crowded so no problems there.
There was a very nice lady, I believe her name was Ms. Diane, she was very helpful and we had a lovely conversation. The girl at the cash register (I didn’t catch her name) was quiet but still very polite. Overall good customer service.
As for products and pricing, they have a wide variety of products. Plenty of bundles, curlers, gels, jewelry, bath products, etc. The store itself isn’t very big but they manage to keep a lot of products stocked in a very organized fashion. The prices aren’t bad. I compared some of the things there to other retailers and they’re similar but I noticed they were having a lot of sales on certain products, some being 25-50% off.
Lastly the location, which isn’t hard to find, but it is tucked away so that you kind of have to look for it. I have driven past this store so many times and have been oblivious to the fact it was there. But I’m glad I went. It’s nice that it’s in a shopping center where you can also get food, go to the pet store, the art store, etc.
I cannot speak for others but I do believe it’s a nice store and I will be returning.
I found what I was looking for but to enter the store you have to use hand sanitizer. The only objection I have to that it should be optional. The last time I use hand sanitizer going into a store caused my hand to itch and peel. So, I'm leery of using just any type of hand sanitizer. Unless the store change it policy on the hand sanitizer I won't be going back.
I bought a wig from this store that was greatly overpriced but I needed it for a one-time event so it was a quick grab & go. I needed to exchange the wig for something else and they were going to let me exchange it but since the thing I needed to exchange it for was cheaper than the wig they told me I couldn't due to sanitation concerns. The sanitation concerns were valid and there are signs posted but I never opened the package, and if the concern was so great why were they going to let me exchange it. From now on I'll just go to beauty4u 3 minutes down the street. They have a greater selection of products anyway I just so happen to be in the neighborhood.
