After getting off work you want to feel Beautiful this is the place. Warm welcomes and makes you feel like family. Great environment I’ve been coming here for over five years. The first time I Ever wore makeup was done here. Simply love this location

This used to be my fav place to get my brows and lashes done. I don't know what has happen within a year. There is always new employees which but at least 3 of the main ladies was always there. Now its a new girl at every station. And the service is not the same. My lashes usually last 2-3 weeks with me washing my face daily even twice a day. I had my lashes done and they were falling off before I got home good. I drive out 30-35 mins cause I used to love the service but now not anymore. And I've been a loyal customer for like 4 years.

This used to be my favorite place to come get my brows done. They had an awesome team of women and it didn’t matter who did your brows they turned out great and actually lasted. This was about a year ago, I don’t know what happened. Within the last month I’ve visited twice to try different artists. The first was terrible and unprofessional demanding a tip for brows I could’ve done myself and the second time was a decent try but the girl was obviously new. I actually tried visiting a third time to try someone else and was treated so rudely by the manager/owner that me and my mom had to leave. This place has gone downhill don’t waste your time.

Came in on Friday for individual lashes (clusters) that I was told would last 2weeks. I returned on Saturday (the next day) because one of the lashes started to slide off. The lash was touched up but on Sunday I woke up with lashes in bed with me. I feel it wasn’t worth $35 only for them to last a weekend. I think hair glue was used and that’s why they didn’t last. I gave 2 stars because my brows was nice, but would not recommend lash service.

I was recommended to Beautiful U six months ago. Staci does a fantastic job. I highly recommend coming here if you want to look fabulous. All make up artist here makes sure you leave beautiful and loving U.

I had a fantastic experience. The service was professional and friendly and my makeup was on point. I've been here several times for both wedding and date night makeup and have been extremely satisfied. I referred my niece for her prom makeup & the "glitter eyes" popped. It"s the best makeup place in Southlake Mall.

Lenora the store owner is very welcoming and she makes sure you get what you want. She, tell you how long the wait is so everyone can wait if they want or browse around the mall. They even text you when they are ready for you. Stacey has been my go to girl every since coming here but, all the girls are great at what they do . Stacey is so sweet, loving, caring and warm. I just love them all like family!!!

Their services are horrible. I went and had individuals put on Friday May 4 evening. When I woke up Saturday morning all my lashes were off. My individuals usually last two weeks. I spoke with the young lady and she told me I could come get them redone. I explained to her what had happen before I arrived to their location. Once I arrive the manager on duty stated that I could not get them repaired that it would be whole new service. So I paid $34 for some individuals that did not last not even 24 hours!!! They were individuals not strips. I even saved the lashes to show her. I have been to this location several times to get my lashes done. All the old girls that were there are gone and they will not tell you where they went!! Poor management!!!
