I started going here about 6 months ago based on a referral from a friend. KELLY & KEN are the best husband and wife duo and they both do GREAT work. Kelly is my go to girl when it comes to slaying these nails and she delivers everytime! This current set I just told her to freestyle and she always blows me away without fail! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a new nail salon or anyone transitioning from a salon they’ve been going to for a while. You won’t be disappointed!
I absolutely love ❤️ the work that Tim does! He is such an amazing artist . I have been going to him for about 6 months and I always walk out happy. Everyone there is so friendly . Very affordable for the fantastic service you receive.
The first picture is what I asked for but in almond shape, and the second picture is what I got. I am not a confrontational person so I left without saying anything but in my car I realized $60 was too much for what I got. Every nail is shaped differently and every nail has a different design and thickness. I went back and kindly asked to speak with a manager. I showed her what I asked for and what I got and she seemed like there was no issue so I had to explain the issue. I told her I wasn't mad or anything but that $60 is too much for the service that I got and that while I understand they used material and time on me, I'm only asking if I can get half my money back. The manager said they could try to fix it for me but I'm not from the area and was around here for a doctor's appointment and needed to get going already. She then said all she could do was give me a $20 discount for my next visit but again, I told her I am not from the area and this place is 45min away from me so I won't be coming back. They were very upset and said that all they could do was give me $20 back and they took $20 cash out of the register and literally slammed them on the desk and walked away.
Tony is the best nail artist! He did an amazing job on my acrylic nails. He was so sweet and nice, he gave me exactly what I wanted. When it came to handling my nails he was very gentle. 10/10 recommend going to him!
Absolutely recommended. And they own Tokyo Nail and Spa now!!!! Come check them out my fellow jolietians!!!! Good peolple! Excellent work!

I have been visiting this location since forever!. I literally followed them from their last location to their new location and I live 30 minutes away. No problem with the drive , it’s well worth it. I won’t dare let anyone else touch my nails/ feet they are awesome and exceed expectations! (Very honest review from a. Long time customer of 8+ years !
