Mary gave me the BEST pedicure I've ever had!! It was my first time here and yet they are all so very friendly and inviting . Much more than any nail salon I've ever been to. Seriously. I went for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure-only $5 more than the regular at $30- and it was worth way more than that. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.
I think some of these good reviews must have been paid for. I came in a few weeks ago with a 2pm appointment. 15 min after my appointment time passed and one of the ladies told me "just 5 more minutes". Out of all the workers, not one had even started on the polish for their customers so I was wondering who exactly would be doing my nails. A whole half hour passed until finally one just finished a manicure. As the customer was still sitting in the chair, the lady ushered me to take her seat. As the customer got up, I asked the lady if they sanitized between customers. She looked at me like I was from outer space and did a light spray with some solution (im assuming alcohol) and ran her dirty rag on the seat and table). As I sat down, I noticed all of the dirty tools and filthy work space that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I felt a knot in the pit of my stomach and got up and left. This place is disgusting, small, and left a bad impression as a new resident in Lakewood.
First time coming to this salon, my nail tech was Mary and she did a fabulous job! I was in and out under 1 hour with beautiful dip nails! 10/10 recommend, will definitely come back again and be sending friends and family to you as well!
I have been coming here since July and will never go to a different salon! Everyone there is SO kind, the employees are always friendly and so patient, the service is amazing and I always leave happy! And the prices are unbeatable aswell! Really happy to have found this wonderful nail salon!
I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed by my experience I had at this salon. The woman I was seated with was completely unprofessional and rude she told me my nails were too complicated and that she cannot do them,all I wanted was a simple red and black ombre. Then she made me feel weird for just wanting all black nails. Now that I am home not even four hours after my appointment one of my nails is peeling. She did not let the polish cure between coats;I am having to fix my own nails because I do not trust that they can or will fix their mistakes. Definitely not worth the $125 I paid. Needless to say I will not be visiting this salon again
I am beyond happy with my service today,Mary took the time to make my nails beautiful, she listened to what I wanted and made it happen .I have never been happier ,and I've been having my nails done for 25 yrs ,in many states .THANK YOU MARY ,YOU ARE THE BEST . My daughter had Mary do hers yesterday and is equally as happy as I am !!!
Very friendly and customer focused. I felt attention to detail was the main priority. I left happy with the entire experience which is rare from nail salons these days. I will be returning with my daughter and plan to make this our regular nail salon!
