The nail tech who did my nails rushed and did not pay attention to what he was doing. He missed several spots when doing my nails and nicked my cuticles with the machine.
Gave two stars for the colors.
Been coming here since they opened, always happy with results. I just wish they had more help.
Very disappointing services here. They rush through the manis, pedis and fills, talking to each other, not in English, throughout the entire service. Massages for mani pedis are pathetic. Prices are high, even charging an extra $10 for cuticle clean up during a fill. Used my gift certificates and won’t be going back.
I made an appointment and visited a week ago and asked for a gel mani and Pedi. I guess I should have specified that I wanted gel tips for the mani, but the man who helped me did not ask for details. Nor was I given any options for a pedi. When I showed him a picture of what I wanted for a mani, he said he did not have the skill, so I thought he just meant that he couldn't do the design. Apparently there is only one tech at this salon that does nail sets with designs. I did not know this. What I didn't realize was that I would only be getting a regular gel mani, which I can actually do myself at home and have done multiple times, and I'm not even that great at it. I did not leave a review based on the fact that I might not have been communicative enough about what I originally wanted. But now...a week later, the paint on my nails has chipped, cracked, and peeled off. I ended up just peeling them all off.
Also during both my Pedi and mani, my tech kept going out back every 5-10 minutes to smoke a cigarette. He smelled like smoke the whole time.
I wanted to get my nails done before going into labor, and now I've just completely wasted my time and my money. I'm super disappointed in myself and this salon. I will not be going back, and it sucks cause they're super close to home. Just find a quality nail salon so as to avoid disappointment.
I absolutely love Rose. She is amazing. She takes her time, makes sure all your nails are perfect, even checks to make sure they are all the same length. If she isn't happy with something she will take the time to fix it. I am so thankful that I found her and couldn't be happier with the beautiful nails that I always walk out of there with. I recommend this place to all the ladies out there and of course any man . Thanks Rose for all the hard work and effort that you put forth on a daily basis to make sure nothing but perfection walks out of your shop!!
I decided to go here after having a horrible dip powder job done at Bella nails. So glad I decided to come here. Tom was amazing! He made my nails thin like I asked and was so gentle. Constantly asking me if he was hurting me, which he was not. Bella wanted me to pay extra to have my nails coffin shaped. And the lady got a little snippy with me when I said never mind. Tom had to take off the old nails because of the horrible job she did and put on a new set and he made them coffin shaped like I asked. And I paid the same price here that I did there and he did way more work. I am very very happy with the salon and recommend it to anyone looking for a good nail salon.
Came to try for the first time. I arrived at 10:15. Sign on door said they open at 11 but lights were on, door unlocked and they had customers. I walked in and asked for a fill. They told me they don't open until 11. I questioned why the door was unlocked and they were literally serving someone right there. They said it was an "early appointment". Either you're open or you're not. And if you're not accepting walk ins (despite the giant sign on the window that says walk ins welcome) then you should keep the doors locked until opening. Just not good customer service or very professional to me. I won't be back.
Walked in at 6:40 (hoping they wouldn’t turn me away) and they welcomed me in no problem. I showed the lady a picture of a white ombré that I wanted and she NAILED IT. I was so happy walking out and will definitely be returning for a pedicure really soon. I had a GREAT experience, hopefully you will too! Try them out!
