Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else! Friendly, patient, high quality work, and all for reasonable prices. Plus my nails last for weeks!
I have had a great experience every time I have been here. They are detailed, reasonably priced, and it's a happy environment! I have done designs on my nails here and they take time to make sure it is exactly how I want it.
Much less busy if you come on a weekday- so obviously if you go on a Saturday afternoon you're going to have to wait or you may feel rushed but I think that is a given with any successful nail salon.
Overall great service, clean, and lots of options!
2years and still going here! Love this place! I am sold on the dip! Mack always does a great job. My daughter loves going to Kim. They are all very friendly and they have an amazing amount of polish colors to choose from. They also always offer a beverage.
Service was wonderful. How we 7 of the dip powder nails broke within 7 days. I did nothing out of the ordinary for them to break. The first two broke within 3 days. I hardly have time to get them fixed. My friend went with me as well and hers broke within 4 days. Paid 300 dollars for broken nails. Very disappointed.
I thought the whole reason for making an appointment was to get serviced at your appointed time. I can understand a little delay but when you have a 4:45 appointment and do not leave the salon until 9:00, something is wrong.
Unfortunately, making an appointment does not matter at this salon. It only gives you the right to sit and wait. No different from a walk in.
This salon is very unorganized during their peak time. They book appointments every 15 min with no real plans on how they are going to service their clients. While I was there, they attended to other customers that had later appointments than I did. It was very frustrating. When I asked for an explanation, all they said to me was wait another 30 min. If I did not need my nails done, I would have left.
Although I love the work that the young lady did, they should realize as business owners that their clients time is just as important as their time, especially if you are taking the time to make an appointment.
They are not working efficiently and unfortunately it’s at their client’s expense. It was a horrible experience.
I came in for an acrylic removal And manicure - I have never been more impressed with my nails ever before! Max and Kim were both so detailed and took their time to make sure my nails were beautiful! Max took care Of the removal and was especially careful to protect my real nails underneath - he took his time to clean up my cuticles and shape out my nails until they looked more healthy than before a full set! Then he had Kim switch with him bc she was the best at painting the french tips - I love how they used team work to make sure I got the best care possible ;)!!! I will be a loyal customer for Max and Kim only moving forward! HIGHLY recommend!!!
I have been to this nail salon twice as a walk in and twice with appointments. It does not matter if you have an appointment because they do not say no to anyone walking in. Be prepared to wait either way.????
Every time I have gone in I have heard them ask other people if they would like a drink. Water, Coke, and wine are offered. I have not once been offered the same.
The ladies do a nice job, the guys are, meh.
I didn't realize until I got home today that my toenails do not feel like they were filed at all. The edges are incredibly rough. I don't know how to fix that without destroying the polish so I will probably have to repaint them too.
I think it's time to try somewhere else.
I love this place! Everyone is so nice and professional. The gentleman that does my pedicure each time, I think he’s the own is a perfectionist and spends so much time on me, gives the best foot and leg massage that last forever. Every time I leave I feel so relaxed, never had that any other place I’ve been. I will definitely be back !
