Today for the first time I took my dog. I consider it a good place and good service. I called earlier and the person who answered told me there was no one who spoke Spanish and if they have people who do speak because she did, I don't know. Today it was my dog's appointment, I took my son with me, he is 5 years old, he is curious and asks and look, everyone wanted to enter where they pick up the dog in the cages and one of the women yelled at him very ugly and I told him there were ways to explain to her why not, she was also asking her questions and she didn't know, I told her she was very rude and she answered me with a shout and I also answered her but I don't think I'm going back there, what's the use of having a good place and having people like that so ugly? The appointment was today at 9 pm I hope the owner reads this and ask the employees about the negative attitude of that woman. I think it would help her a lot because I don't come back anymore.
Barks and Bubbles is a fantastic grooming facility! Everyone there is very friendly! Our 3 fur babies look wonderful when they come home!
First time bringing my dogs I had a good experience with my dogs Groomer I'm coming back. Not sure but the person who helped me was Ana not 100% sure.
My baby loves going to see her groomer. My puppy has separation anxiety. Her groomer clams her down and does her best to get her in and out as fast as possible. The prices are reasonable and service is always with a smile. Jen is the best.
I took my 10lb. Terror for a complete grooming. The hair cut was not good at all . there was a lot of long hair stragglers left. Now a week after, I have to take it somewhere else's to clean him up again. The dog is new to us and I was looking for a long time groomer but I was not happy with the hair cut..
My dog bingo and niña, they are very happy there, for me right now it is a best place for grooming in salinas, hope the owner and her employers they are very nice persons.????
Hope is my dogs Groomers. She is fantastic and very kind to my fur babies. I have a challenging poodle and she is so very patient with her!
THINK TWICE about taking you dog to theses unprofessionals, they don’t know what they’re doing! They have permanently changed my dogs appearance. He’s a breed that has two coats, and can’t have his fur cut short, as it won’t grow back. They claimed to have known this when I scheduled the appointment for a light grooming. And yet, they buzzed it all off. Three months later, his beautiful soft coat never returned, and he’s now stuck with only a thick, rough undercoat. When I called for advice, they were completely unsympathetic.
This is beyond horrible grooming, as my dog is stuck with their screwup for life.
