I have visited here a handful of times with great experiences. Today will be the last time. I sat at nail station 8 and the lady took 1 hour and 30 mins to do a messy job. She had to keep redoing my right ring finger. I didn't have time to even have her soak and redo. It seems like she was frazzled. I had planned to still give her a small tip because I believe, the other tech who gave her me, knew she wasn't capable of doing a good dipping powder job. But, then she wanted to charge me $60. I questioned it and she said for nail take off and design( the half nails she really messed up). I refused and stated I never complain but, not tonight. I paid $55 which is still a rip off. But, I did not have time to fuss any longer. DO NOT VISIT HERE! They need to clean their act up. Very disappointed.

I discovered this nail salon a little over a year ago - Candy is my girl and the only person I like to do my nails because her shapes are AMAZING. Andy has done my nails one time and he did well also! I love the service received here and I love my nails even more! Any design I ask for, Candy makes it happen! My mother in law sees Candy now after I raved about her so much, and once my daughter is old enough, she will be a regular also!

This place does a good job but it’s always dirty, the last time I was here the bathroom was infested with water bugs/ huge roaches. Now this time I’m getting a pedicure and he wrapped my leggings with a towel that appears to be dirty. I feel like if it didn’t get clean in the washer don’t use it on your customers. When I mentioned that the towel looks dirty he just ignored me. The table in the back ( lash/ brow table) has an old blanket on it which is completely dirty! And Candy refuses the wash her hands before applying lashes. This place is so nasty.

So many red flags, I am not sure where to start. I had an appointment on 10/18/2022 at 3pm. On the day of my appointment, I called a little after 2pm just to confirm. Mimi informed me that she would need to push my appointment back to 3:30, because I didn't answer my phone when she called. Based on my conversation with Mimi, she interpreted that as I would be a "no show" and for that reason she took on another client. My scheduled services were initially for dip powder and a pedi, but due to time constraints, I opted to only get my nails done. I asked Mimi how much would it cost just for the dip on my nails. She inspects my nails (Mimi dipped my nails approximately 3 weeks ago) and she says "$50. 00." So I say no problem. Just as she is finishing up with the removal of previous nail color, she says to me, " Your nails will cost $60.00" Really??? I needed an explanation as to why. There was an exchange between myself and Mimi, because I honestly could not comprehend the explanation she was attempting to convey. Apparently, an additional $10.00 was added to remove what was previously on my nails. I said, just leave my nails the way they are, and I will pay you the $10.00. The other technician, who I assume is the manager (who sits in the first chair is very abrasive; her demeanor, gestures and body language spoke volumes; she is not pleasant at all) chimes in and shouts something very rudely in what I assume is her native language. Mimi then says to me, if you leave it will then be $20.00. ????? I never had an issue with paying. I had an issue with this establishment seemingly making things up as they went along, especially when I asked for the cost up front. I will never patronize this establishment again. I would advise others to spend their money elsewhere, where you are valued and treated as a customer! (I wish there were an option to leave no star rating at all)

I would recommend this nail salon, I usually get my nails from Mimi and she does a great job. The only negative thing is I sometimes have to wait despite having an appointment every time. This place will get you right though!

I will NOT be going back to this place. I went here bc I needed my nails done and bc it’s close. I read a few reviews and decided to make an appointment with Candy. I know every salon is different but usually nails techs soak my gel polish off my toes then file any excess off. Not here, candy filed off the polish with the drill/file. She didn’t get all of the polish off and proceeded to polish over the old polish until I stopped her and told her she didn’t get it all off. This happened on both my feet and my nails. The polish left on my nails and toes was not an oversight.

Also I had a chipped acrylic nail that just required a little extra acrylic on the edge, which I was willing to pay for but she said my only option was to soak the acrylic off and get a new overlay when I know for a fact that wasn’t the case. This has happened to me plenty of times b4 and the tech just repaired it with acrylic. It seemed as if she just didn’t want to do it. I felt she did a rushed job. I would not recommend this place.

Dee is a gem. He listens to my requests for gemstones and rhinestones inspired by my themes or special occasions. Love his work ethic, timeliness, and care for my spa needs.

Nice local nail shop in Owings Mills. It is located in the St Thomas shopping center. Prices are pretty reasonable, every time I go they do my nails just like I like them with ombré, designs, etc. I would suggest going during the week to avoid the usual weekend crowd.
