The pedicure was amazing.. manicure not so much. The girl was in a hurry even though there was no one else there. I showed a picture of an oval nail shape and even though I told her 4 times I didn't want them pointy- she didn't listen. I asked her to fix and she made them worse.
She didn't speak English, but the photo I showed was clear. Won't be going back.
Got the second most expensive pedicure today, will never go back. My husband was next to me and his pedicure was 100% better than mine. He got about a 20min foot massage and I didn’t even get lotion on my feet. What a disappointment!! Definately didn’t get what I paid for ????
I am so frustrated with yesterday's experience. I went in for a pedicure and black French tip toe nails (with a white sparkle on the rest of the nail). I showed her a picture of what I wanted right away and explained, then again before she went to get the polish... she painted the white and sparkle then was about to put on the final coat when I showed her the picture again and said "can I get the black French tip now too please" she just said "no", I was like "no??", then she just kept going. If I would have known she'd refuse to do the black French tip, I WOULD NOT have chosen a white sparkle polish! I was shocked and confused, nobody has ever just said no to a design before and it's not like it was a crazy design or anything. I was so upset because I just paid a bunch of money for something I didn't ask for. Again I was shocked so I just paid and left; I'm not confrontational. Some of the nails aren't fully covered and it seemed like she rushed. Terrible experience and I'm sad to say I probably won't go back even though I've gone there off and on for years. The last couple times were just disappointing.
$20 for this. I did not have any hang nails before I walked in. Also poked to bleed (thumb).
Tools were in a general box. Is that normal? Most places I have been before have sanitary tools and even sterile kits/packages of tools.
Both my friend and I got pedicures and the woman and man that did our pedicures were extremely nice. Our pedicures were well worth the money and they took the time and effort on our nails. Please consider this salon for your next pedicure- will be coming again.
Went in for a pedicure today. I asked for their cheapest pedi and it was $50!!! To start off the water was cold. I asked for it to be dumped and for it to be warmer but she just topped it off with warm water. Second, after she clipped my cuticles she started plucking at my toe hairs with the tool...missed and took a chunk of skin out of my toe and I started bleeding. After this, I really didn't want to tip. When it was time to pay, I signed the receipt and put $50.00 even on the total line. The woman took the receipt back and asked where her tip was!! She stood there waiting and staring at me and even pointed at my wallet in my lap! I walked out and probably won't return again.
I will NEVER go back again. Very rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even do the design I had wanted & even showed him a picture( Very simple design of a flower all white nails). After my nails, the old guy had asked if I wasn’t my toe nails done. I simply asked if that was include with the nails and he said yes. I come to to counter to pay and it was 70 dollars for something I only wanted 30 dollars. I asked again why I was being charged this when I was persistent and asked if this was apart of the 30 dollar nails. I wrote out the tip for the guy who did my nails. Then when I lady that did my toe nails said “ no tip for me”? And starts talking in Hmong about me when I was the only person in there. Tips are supposed to be earned, not expected. I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. There was definitely a language barrier and only care about the money that can squeeze from your wallet. Very disappointed in their performance.
Very pushy manicurists. They only seemed to understand what I was asking for when I agreed to upgrade the service.it was the second time in a year that the pedicure I received ended with me having an infected toe. VERY DISAPOINTING!
