I took my grandma here to get a pedicure and facial wax. The pedicure was average. However, the facial wax was extremely damaging to my grandmother’s face. The damage was so dramatic that my grandma had to go to the ER to get burn cream. She was diagnosed with 2nd degree burns and her face was blistered due to the hot wax that the woman used on my grandmother’s face. When my grandmother went into the salon to confront them, they said “it’s because you went into the cold right after the wax.” After several minutes of conversation they decided to give her $60. Unfortunately, the medical bills and mental distress incurred was much more than the $60.
My sister in law’s and I went in to get our nails done and to say they did an awful job would be an understatement. One of my sisters in laws entire hand was bleeding because they had cut all of her cuticles so badly. All of my nails were crooked and half ended up chipping off and it’s been 3 days. You can see the brush strokes and they were all very lumpy (all 3 of ours) and the pice was outrageously high. We ended up spending roughly $500 total.
An old guy came rushing in upset. Literally grabbed my hands rough and started filling them, he kept sighing and rushing. He put so much glue under my right thumb nail that it’s stuck to my skin. He ended up filling my skin and would bend my nails backwards. I flinched right away. Once I put my hand in the machine my left pinky and left ring finger were burning. He didn’t let the timer finish took out my hand and started filling it with the machine. It started to burn my finger nails on my left hand when he was doing that. He then told me it was going to be $40. My left thumb has specs of red that he did not remove well when taking my nail polish off. Look how my skin looks around my nails ????. Once he was done with them he literally got up and left right away. He only came in to do my nails and then left right away. Didn’t even ask if they were ok or not. The other lady saw me looking at them and I told her my nails were burning and my skin, she then proceeded to spray alcohol ON MY HAND LOOOORD DID IT BURN. $40 waisted And my skin is irritated.!!!
They do good work if you get the right person. I'm sure there are several who do good work, but I always make an appointment with Tracy.

Love my nails. Lady was so nice..service was super good. I was in and out in 45 min. Not bad if you ask me. Nails came out perfect! For sure coming back again.
If you are going to get your nails done here avoid the older man. I questioned whether this person even had a license or any training at all for that matter. He drilled in to my nail bed so deep and acted like a was crazy when I pulled my hand away. I could literally see blood on the drill bit, and also didn’t bother to clean or sanitize his tools or area even though I was getting blood on everything. I wonder how many people he made bleed with that same tool that he never cleaned before he used it on me, and how many after? I would avoid this place in a whole. I will never spend my money with them again. There’s too many good nail techs in this town to go here. Save yourself the infection risk try somewhere else.
Place is a nice place and staff are knowledgeable. Nice nails designs.
