I’ve never had such a great pedi before. Staff was very friendly! I will definitely be back
I do not normally leave reviews for businesses unless I feel strongly one way or another. I feel strongly today that I need to leave a review about this nail salon. I had been wanting to go to this nail salon for a while because of the reviews. Today was my opportunity. I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. Typically, when a person goes to a nail salon/spa, they anticipate experiencing a certain level of relaxation. This was the last thing you will experience here. I settled down in the chair for my pedicure. The owners child who may have been four years old was there. Between his loudly playing with the child, the grandmother running around playing with him and the manager playing with him, silence was anything but golden. Then the endless, ENDLESS chatting between the owner and the grandmother, who sat in one of the pedicure chairs, the 80’s music over the speakers blaring, I could not get out of there fast enough. The manicure and pedicure was adequate and the technician was quiet, which was nice. However, if you’re looking for a soothing, relaxing, quiet nail salon experience, choose another salon.
Always friendly service. I usually go for a pedi, and the quality is better with some techs than with others. I've never had a bad experience.
Cust svc Alex very rude! Pushed my chair aggressively too far forward; WOULD NOT listen to my request to keep the shape of my acrylics I had; proceeded to drill ALL shape off, and gave me ugly turned up at the end, flat nails that I immediately had removed and had to start over, costing me double; The young lady working w/him equally rude-both totally ignored everything I said
Nestled away in a small town known as Ashland City Tennessee. In a little strip mall heading out of town on the main lies a very inconspicuous tiny treasure known as Ashland Nails spa.
Even though the outside doesn't draw any attention it's way. It's the inside where the treasure lies. It's the staff and their accommodating behavior or atleast it was for us last night. We called in last minute for an appointment for 2 pedicures a hour or so before closing time.We have never been there before but you would have thought we were family. We were greeted and treated like we were. We choose the the most luxurious package and were definitely not disappointed. Our plans are to go back as needed. We hope to be welcomed and treated in the same like manner next time.

This was the first time going here and I'm very pleased. I got a full set done . I used to go to a place in Joelton but the last time I was there the man doing my nails was rude and over charged me. My daughter and her friends went here and told me about it so I thought I would try them out I'm glad I did. The prices are reasonable and the man that did my nails was friendly and done a great job. My nails are a little shorter than I like but the qualy is great. This will be my new nail salon
The lady did a wonderful job on my feet but I didn't like the fact that some of the workers was walking around maskless & coughing ???????? I couldn't get out of there fast enough
Alex did a great job 2nd time times love it did an excellent excellent job on my nails look amazing and when I got my pedicure the time before very good very very good I Lady done that then. Very happy
