Quite frequently visit this cafe and staff have always been friendly when I do, and food has always been nice. Not keen on the cardboard boxes for hot food when dining-in though, so I hope that plates make a return before long!! The addition of some USB ports for charge-up of mobile devices would be great here ????
Was in here for lunch I took a mouthful of my sandwich to find a plastic piece about 1inch plus , I told a staff member who didn't apologise I said you'd better take rest off shelf , which didn't happen, I did receive the sandwich price back which I think is disgusting!!! What woukdve happened if this was a vulnerable person!!!! Got email address but doesn't work so Victoria Pigot contact me!!!
Staff were lovely. We had sandwiches, but they were delicious. Generous amounts of filling, the double shortbread and lemon cake were an added bonus. Coffee was also great. Overall excellent experience.
Excellent customer service and good quality hot beverages. Heather was so friendly & warm. I found myself having a very lovely (& quite unexpected I must say) exchange when I picked up some drinks for myself & my grandfather who I was visiting.
Well priced coffee and no issues at all with it, loyalty cards also. I would say some of the food definitely seems overpriced, such as the packaged pancake being over £1.
