The salon itself looks awesome, love the decor. I followed the stylist Alex here from her last shop, and she has always given me phenomenal haircuts. Plenty of parking right next to the building too! I’ll be back for sure.

The hairstylist herself was very nice. However the process and outcome were terrible. Everything from the dye left to stain my skin and my new glasses frames. Ive done everything to try and remove it and can't. They are ruined. Also there is the sole fact that I asked that she cover the grey. When in the right lighting you can't tell but when you get outdoors its super obvious. I wanted to treat myself after overcoming some health issues and found myself leaving disappointed. The whole point of this was to NOT have to wear a hat all the time. But now even more I will have to until I can get it redone. This was costly and I feel as if I could have used my money wisely elsewhere. Very disappointed.. left unsatisfactory with ruined glasses. What was supposed to be a happy moment turned sour quickly.

First of all - phenomenal experience, and was one of the best haircuts/styles I’ve ever received. Melissa cut my hair and not only was she amazing to have a conversation with but she also did a spectacular job with my hair. On time, professional, and so so welcoming.

Also this deserves to be said, I am a guy who grew up getting a buzz cut every time I got my hair cut. However, during COVID I grew my hair to pony tail length, but I know nothing about hair or how to take care of it or style it. Melissa was so helpful, so informative, and walked me through how to style my own hair at home - which is such an important part of the process for me. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I’ll be going back for my next haircut. Also the vibe in the place was relaxing and peaceful which is always nice to have when your hair is being cut.

Excellent customer service. An innocent mistake was made with my hair and they were beyond accommodating to get me in for a consult to then fix it! Also got a refund! They were very understanding with the situation. Grade AAAAA+ service! Thank you Robbie!! Love the products they sell as well! Found my new Atlantan salon while I’m here! Everyone at the salon was so sweet and Rachel did a phenomenal job with my hair! I was concerned about the last formula my last stylist (somewhere else) used but Rachel touched up my roots and added some lowlights to help blend my color more throughout my hair and it completely changed how I feel about the color. I'm not great at knowing *exactly* what I want in the salon but she helped turn my vague requests into something beautiful. And the haircut looks amazing too!

And y'all, can I tell you about their shampoo bowls?? There is a headrest inside it so your neck isn't crunched over the edge of the bowl. Life CHANGING for someone like me with a sensitive neck. And Rachel gives a great head massage too!

Just moved to Atlanta and researched a ton of hair salons in the area. This place had great reviews and I ended up booking with Charity. I am so glad I did because she was incredible! She was so sweet and really listened to the color and style I was envisioning. She asked a lot of questions about my hair routine and what products I use and gave me such great advice and tips! My hair has seriously never looked so good! I went to a blow dry bar the next week and even they were raving about how good the cut and color was! I am so happy to have found my new hair stylist!

Area 4 is a great salon! I have been getting my hair done here for months now. Everyone who works here is so friendly! Love their services and I always leave feeling completely satisfied. I would highly recommend going here to anyone who wants to change up their hair color or even get a trim. Rachel has done a fantastic job with my hair each time I come!

I have now seen Rachel twice for a hair cut. She is AMAZING! She spent so much time talking to me about what I wanted. She also taught me how to style my hair in a more flattering way. I appreciate her kind touch and would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone! I hear she also does great with color, although I don't color my hair. She is the best!
