By far the worst dip manicure I’ve ever had. Within one day the top coat had peeled off a majority of the nails and the dip was so thin that after only 5 short days most of the nails have chipped and are flaking. The polish on my toes looks like a child could have done it and the technician spent the entire time on her phone. I don’t write negative reviews but had I known how bad it would be I would have gone to a different nail salon or skipped it all together.

Hours are posted 10-7. I made an appointment for 12:00 she told me to come 10 minutes later. I got there at 12:16. Place was closed no one there. I called she said she would be here in a few minutes i left at 12:25. She called me at 12:34 asking where I was. I said I left. I have things ro do besides wait Way past my appointment. We rescheduled for the Next Morning. Less than 24 hours later. I waited for her, I called & she said she forgot about the appointment and asked me to wait 20 minutes for her. I was like NO WAY. How rude & disrespectful & no way to run a business. This place probably won't be around much longer at this rate.

I went there right when they opened so I was the only person there and it took over 2 hours for a pedicure and full set. When using the brush to remove any polish on the sides on my fingers he took off the top coat all along the sides so there are lines. I let my nails dry for 25 minutes and right when I got in the car the polish on my thumb nail sloughed off. I was so over everything I pushed it over and put a top coat on when I got home. Now less than a week later two of my nails broke when I was literally sitting at my desk doing nothing. This was the first time here and will not be back.

As a first time customer I did a walk in not knowing what I was getting into. I was instantly greeted and taken care of right away. Lee did my nails; she was very detail oriented and took her time. She also was very patient with me as I decided and changed my nail color a couple times. I would highly recommend this nail Salon. I was satisfied with my nails.

I have used the nail salon in the past but the last three times I’ve gone the ‘Open’ sign is on but no one is there. The schedule on the door shows it should be open but it’s locked and no one answers the phone number. I’ve waited up to 30 minutes and still no one shows up. Multiple other potential clients have also walked away when this occurred.

A few days later they looked like Lee press on nails without a smooth transition & the quality of the top coat was very poor, because they're already dull. For the exorbitant price she charged they should be beautiful and lasted for very long like the last place I went, Best Nails on John r and 12 Mile. their nails look good for 3 wks. Hey, but at least she was nice and so was the atmosphere but nothing else

Owner is on phone constantly instead of doing cleaning, especially windows! I went in for gel nails and did not use powder, only gel color! 2 days later my nail color was chipping off my natural nails. Paid 40 plus tip. Went back 3 days later and he said that’s what I asked for! I said no tips just the other 2 steps. Now charged me 45 And because owner was there he had to the charge me the money. ???? terrible

I understand being short handed... but take your time. I'm a client, not an enemy. Not happy today... $90 for this
