save your cards and you can even get money off! i recommend coming here due to how clean and organized it is. also have lots of black workers as they would be able to help with more recommendations.
The older aged girl Anita doesn't work in the front because she has broken english, i understand, but to have her working for this company is going to cause people to buy the wrong stuff. She doesn't know anything about the supplies they have and has terrible customer service. She directed me to the wrong area, and we saw her putting the wrong stuff in the wrong places. This causes the prices not to match the tags or labeling. She is very ignorant. Store going down hill because of her.
Not Enough Wigs Accessories Are OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kind of disappointed the discount cards are no point because you can’t use them until they feel it’s worth it. I spent $300 for ONE THING I think I’ve had ENOUGH
This store has two stars because they do have everything and are fully stocked. This store is not 5 stars because the two young African American girls that work the register is very rude and unprofessional. They just sit there and gossip about people almost every time I come in the store. Honestly, they need new staff.
Always have what I want and need plus some. If you enjoy wearing wigs etc, they keep fresh looks ALL THE TIME!!!
The store is very close to my house and has everything I needed, however, the experience was not good. With being in the store for only a few minutes we felt uncomfortable. My kids love hair wax and it was displayed near the front. So, they stopped to pick a few colors, as we walked off, the guy at the register stopped ringing up his customer and told my kids to put it back repeatedly. In shock, I tell him they plan to buy it. Then we go to the back looking at the hair dryers, and their is a women standing a few feet away from us. WATCHING US! so, I head to the front to just check out and leave. My toddler sat on the little step because it was two customers in front of us. The guy needed to get down the steps, and as I am grabbing my child he puts his hand out in kind of a pushing motion but I stopped his hand before he touched my toddler and told him not to touch my child. Then we check out, I ask about the military discount because it's posted by the card machine, he studies my ID for the longest time and gives me a 5% discount. I appreciate but we will NEVER go back here. I will drive further.
My 8 yr old left feeling some type of way and with a lot of questions as if we did something wrong.
Did not take long at all for what I was looking for. Well stocked store
