I heard good reviews about this salon and wanted to try it out. My husband and I walked in when they first opened for pedicures. We were seated quickly but took a few minutes to be attended to since there was only one employee at the time of opening. The girl that did my pedicure cut me on the side of my great toe and was trying to stop the bleeding without me noticing. I felt the pain - I noticed! Then I was concerned because the tools didn't come out of a sterilized pack and questioned the cleanliness of their business. Honestly, I should've just left at that point. The pedicure itself was okay - a bit rushed, massage wasn't great. I don't think it's worth the price but I paid and tipped anyway. I just won't be back and don't recommend this store.
I don't normally get my pedicures done in Virginia Beach, but since I was visiting my family for several days I decided to give this place place a try . They were very busy for a Sunday but I was able to get an appointment. The lady who did my pedicure did a nice job or I thought so until I got home and realized she didn't do my heals at all ! While I was there I also needed one nail replacement and a polish change for my fingernails . When she gave me the total amount due , I was shocked when she the amount was $100 ! It would never cost me that much at
US Nails in Newport News ! It would have been around $65 ! So I won't be going back to Angel Nails Deluxe !
Go somewhere else!!!! I went to Angel Nails for 4 months. Each time the price increased for the same service. The first this time the cost was $55 (as priced on the services menu). The last time the cost increased to $85 for the same nail service) The nail tech said it was due to the coffin shape but I always had my nails shaped coffin. The staff is extremely rude and the salon always dirty and cluttered.
I get my nails done in new cities all the time. This place has done the best job so far!!! Friendly and clean professional service with an uplifting vibe.
Horrible experience. We took my nieces for their first manicure and they were rushed and unprofessional, didn’t even lotion our hands after painting our nails even though I watched them lotion others’ hands and when I asked, they handed me a bottle of lotion to do it myself. They specifically asked if I wanted just a nail painting or a full manicure and I said full manicure. Very disappointing and will not be back! Take your business elsewhere!

I have been going to Angel Nails Deluxe now for a couple years. I always enjoyed my time there. Everything is done perfect, and with very much expertise. Henry is my go-to guy. And Calvin does a great pedicure. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and professional. The salon is very clean and top-notch. Whatever kind of nails I can imagine or dream up oh, Henry will make it happen, and to perfection. Wouldn't even dream of going anywhere else.
No bueno.... I just got a gift card 4 my birthday that they claimed was old.... I got it Oct 23.... smh I feel scammed.... I will go elsewhere from now on
