Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Excellent beer.

This is the local pub of a mate of mine, he took me in there for a gorgous pint! And it was lovely too meet the friendly and welcoming land lady and the locals

Small local pub, friendly and welcoming. The crown jewel of this place is the huge play area they have for kids out the back! We will certainly be back!

This was our second visit to The Anchor Inn and it was even better than last time. After being let down by The Hampshire Arms in Crondall less than 2 hours before we were meant to sit down at the table we’d booked on Monday, we called The Anchor Inn and despite being told at first that they were fully booked, they told us that they would be able to fit us in. The beef was delicious without an ounce of fat on it and perfectly cooked. The veggie roast was a mountain of veg including 6 roast potatoes! The Brownie and ice cream was decent too. The new landlord was extremely friendly as were the rest of the staff. This has now become our go-to place for a top drawer Sunday Roast.

I love this place so much the outdoor area is amazing for kids as well. The drinks are amazing so many options. It’s not to big not to small it’s amazing

Local pub with fantastic atmosphere. We're always made to feel welcome. Great kids area at the back of the pub and a pretty beer garden including sheltered area from the rain.

Sports available on TV and dart board too. Careful on poker nights though...... You'd better have your game face ready ????
