I went into the shop on April of this year for knotless braids. The braids were 200 I paid with no problem,and as always I let them do a few and then I take a look at it. The braids were the correct size and length,or so I thought. The braids underneath and close to the perimeter were super long,but the everything else was much shorter. Of course I didn’t notice the day off,I noticed like a month later and reach out to the owner Amy. Amy apologized and said that I would be discounted my next visit if I did decide to come back. Summer was super busy and I was getting married so I didn’t want the braids that soon I waited until today November 8th to reach out. I gave Amy a call,she greeted me by saying “Hi Alexis” shocked that she knew who I was still. She stated “yes I saved your number”. So I’m like okay great,she said I would be good to come in tomorrow,but when I mentioned the price and discount. Amy suddenly had no recollection and says “I never said that”,and that I should just come down so we can discuss the price.I informed her that she did say she would compensate me but to cut down the confusion I would just not come back and precede to do my review instead. I held off on my review because of what Amy told me she would give me. I paid 200 for knotless braids,took one of the braiders to the train station and even allowed them to rush because they were all fasting at that time and needed to be home soon. I put off getting braids so that I could take Amy up on her offer when I would have time to get my hair braided. So please be mindful if you choose to still get your services from them,because they will not give you your money’s worth,I would advise anyone to not go here. I gave up going to the African braiding shops for the reasoning,super high prices but always want to skimp you on services and give you attitude about it. This is definitely the icing on the cake for me. I will upload pictures that I took,but I don’t have any where you can see the length difference that well but I will still show.

They were great! I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a hair appointment and they were able to get her in and out! My baby loved her hair and it was very fast.

these ladies did so so so so great. they were also so sweet and kind. my leg was sprained and they made sure i was okay and gave me breaks as well. but the hair yall…????. this was my first time getting boho knotless & im literally in loveeee. like it’s so neat and they made sure that every braid was well done. i also have very thick hair & it didn’t seem like much of a problem. normally people hate me for going to their salon with thick hair but they made me feel welcome. it look me awhile to find a good place that’s near by & finding them was one of my best decisions. definitely recommend going here♥︎.

i contacted them to get 6 stitch braids and was told to be there at 2 pm, i got another call asking if i could come in at 3 because they were running late which was no problem. i got there on time, early actually to still have to sit and wait until 7 pm for them to start on my hair. she completed 1 braid and stopped to eat not considering the fact that i had been sitting there all day already for a 2 hour hairstyle. the braider was in so much of a rush trying to get my head over with because they thought that me having a attitude and me continuing to ask how long was funny, she caught the towel that was on my neck on fire in the process of rushing to get me out her chair. they are rude and caused a huge inconvenience to my day! and didn’t care to accommodate me at all! i will not return to this shop, i have had my braids for little over a week and they look like the was rushed on and are already looking old!

Mya braided my hair. Before she started I was trying to tell her about the sides of my head and how it was thin as she could see but I didn't want it braided. She basically shut me up and assured me that "she got me" needless to say two going on three weeks later I have no hair at all on the sides. I have multiple braids that have fallen out from my sides to the middle and even the back!Going here was a waste of money 185 down the drain. I would not recommend this place at all.... Just imagine sitting in a small room with a small amount of ac musty braider just to have to take the braids out two to three weeks later....
