This place is great! We took our 2 year old here for his very first haircut. Eric was our barber and he was so patient and gentle with our boy, he made sure that our boy was comfortable and content while also taking his time and making this a memorable experience.
The atmosphere was very laid back, relaxed and professional. The shops aesthetic was like you were walking in to an old-time themed barber shop, with old fashioned music playing, and antiques from the early 20’s.
We will definitely be coming back here for more haircuts!
Been coming here for a few years now and always love going. Jose has been my barber for over three years and he’s been leaving my hair look amazing, great at getting me an appointment where it’ll work with my busy schedule, and always helping me find and try new hairstyles. I always leave feeling like a million bucks ! And looking like one !!
I totally recommend this barbershop to all of you! They have the best customer service and their job is phenomenal. They pay close attention to detail, best barber shop I have ever been to. Great atmosphere. Lane was my barber she makes you feel like if you were her customer for years, and I've only been there two times and will continue to keep going. I highly recommend Americas Barbershop.
I’ve been here before and never had an issue with service, but this time I walked in as I usually do.
There were two barbers one was working on a customer and another just sitting in his chair.
They guy sitting in his chair asked if I had an appointment and I said no. He looked at his phone to see if he had an upcoming appointment before he could take me.
He said I would have to wait because he had an appointment in 20 minutes and he could not fit me in before his appointment, so I waited for the other guy to finish up with his customer.
25 minutes later the other barber finished up and then another customer walks in and he takes that guy because he had an appointment.
Not sure why these guys had me sit there knowing they had appointments already set for the next hour or so.
I stood up and said to them I cannot sit here all day and it would have been nice to be told they couldn’t fit me in anytime soon instead of letting me sit there watching other guys getting their haircut.
I hope they don’t treat other walk ins this way and the least they could do is have one dedicated barber for walk ins if appointments are their first priority.
I left and went to another shop across town called Abel’s and walked right in and got my haircut without a wait and with great service.
Been coming here since moving to Apple Valley 2021. I have had my haircut by every barber here. All of them excellent, my intent was to pick one but they're all dope, so I just do walk-in now and am confident in whichever barber draws my name. Shout out to Desiree who was my barber on my first visit. Glad to have her back. Special mention to Jose, Isaac, and Char as well, they were my Go-To's in her absence. See yall on my next cut. 5 stars to the whole Americas Barbershop team.
I felt like the lady who works closest to the door had never cut hair before. Extremely dissatisfied, $36 was way too much money for the service I received.
I followed Juaquin to this spot, and I must say, it’s great to finally see a shop that is inspired by the old barbershops I grew up with. And for the record…Juaquin cuts the best fade I’ve had since the Marine Corps.
