Best PlaceJuice Reviews

A local land mark, the pink Alpine Drive Inn. Great burgers, I got a double bacon cheese burger and it was very filling. The onion rings taste phenomenal! It was a great place to sit down with the family and enjoy a nice lunch after a hike to the falls. To finish off my stop I ordered a M&M avalanche. The first few bites were great but soon it seemed like I was just eating M&Ms, too many for my liking. If they did a third of the M&Ms it would have been perfect and this would have been a 5 star review. I’ll update this review if they end up taking my advice, But GREAT PLACE! I’ll be back.
It's a nice little place with decent food, but their prices are a joke... Soda and fries cost as much as the burger. So a basic burger with fries and a drink is around $20. Seriously, actual nice restaurants are cheaper...
Very good food especially the tots. A medium is more than enough for two people. Prices seemed a bit expensive for a loaded 1/3 lb Cheese Burger and medium tots but it was delicious and Prices are going up.
We were met by a very helpful member of staff who patiently explained items on the menu which were new to our British experience. We ended up having lovely milkshakes and moreover a delightful multi generational conversation about the UK and about the local Burney attractions.
As a PCT hiker having visited many towns along the route, this dinner was definitely one of my favourite experiences. Thank you.
The food is great. A delicious fresh cooked burger joint that offers a drive through. The only issues here are the time it takes to get the food of which the locals are well aware. Also it doesn't travel or reheat well so if you aren't eating it withing 30 min. I wouldn't recommend it. Make sure you have 15+ minutes if you are the only one in line. 25+ if someone has just arrived ahead of you. If you have some time and are eating soon after the purchase this is the best burger in town.
I love this place. Food is very delicious. Faster customer service. I love this place. Everything neat and clean.
The service is bad could be due to covid but it's bad. The food is a little above average good portions but no seasonings at all on the food. The price is high 6 dollars for a small fry, burger is 9 to 14 dollars pop is 3.95 or so be ready for that.
Our last visit wasn't as great as it normally is. It's the best when they first open. Love alpine, always have. The decor has not changed since I was a young child going and getting peanut butter and chocolate milkshakes, or chocolate dipped cones.

Quick Facts About Alpine Drive Inn

Alpine Drive Inn is a local landmark known for its great burgers and family-friendly atmosphere. One of its strengths is its delicious burgers, which are mentioned positively in several comments. The comment about the double bacon cheeseburger being very filling indicates that the portion sizes are generous and satisfying. Additionally, the onion rings are described as tasting phenomenal, suggesting that the restaurant offers a variety of tasty menu options.
Another strength of Alpine Drive Inn is its location. It is mentioned that it is a great place to sit down and enjoy a nice lunch after a hike to the falls. This indicates that the restaurant is conveniently located near popular outdoor attractions, making it a convenient and enjoyable dining option for visitors and locals alike.
The staff at Alpine Drive Inn is praised for being helpful and patient, as mentioned in one of the comments. This positive customer service experience contributes to the overall positive impression of the restaurant. The staff member's willingness to explain menu items to customers from different countries also shows that Alpine Drive Inn is accommodating and welcoming to customers from various backgrounds.
The restaurant's ability to create a multi-generational conversation among customers is another strength. This indicates that Alpine Drive Inn fosters a friendly and inclusive atmosphere that encourages conversation and a sense of community among its customers.
However, the pricing at Alpine Drive Inn is mentioned as a weakness in one of the comments. It is suggested that the prices of items like soda and fries are surprisingly high, with a basic burger, fries, and a drink costing around $20. This comment compares the prices unfavorably to those of actual nice restaurants, indicating that the pricing is not representative of the quality or value offered by Alpine Drive Inn.
The time it takes to receive food is another weakness mentioned in one of the comments. It is noted that locals are aware of the longer wait times, which can be inconvenient for customers who are in a hurry or looking for quick service. Additionally, it is mentioned that the food does not travel or reheat well, indicating that takeaway options may not be as favorable.
One comment mentions that the service is bad, although it acknowledges that this could be due to COVID-19. This implies that the restaurant may be experiencing challenges in providing efficient and satisfactory service during these uncertain times.
Lastly, although the decor is described as nostalgic and reminiscent of childhood visits, it is mentioned in one of the comments that it has not changed. This can be seen as a weakness, as it may indicate a lack of updates or renovations to keep the establishment fresh and appealing to customers.
In summary, Alpine Drive Inn is praised for its great burgers, family-friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff. However, weaknesses include high prices, longer wait times, potential service issues during COVID-19, and outdated decor. Overall, the strengths of the restaurant seem to outweigh the weaknesses, but improvements in pricing, efficiency, and updating the decor could further enhance the dining experience.
