Favorite nail salon in Moreno Valley! Kelly is thee absolute best, my nails never break, she shapes them perfectly and her work is just simply amazing !
I didn't really want to come to this place but the nail salon that was on the side of the building was booked. So I decided to just give Allure a try despite the rating I seen. I needed a fill and one finger nail was popping half way off. The lady seemed nice but she didn't even replace the nail that was popping off with a new one she just went over it like a normal fill. Me thinking she knew what she was doing I didn't think anything of it. The nails came out pretty but I was still worried about that one finger. Last night...(mind you i got my nails done on superbowl sunday) now its monday and that nail popped half way off again. I knew I should've went with my gut and went someone else. Never will I return nor will I recommend this place. And I gave a 5$ tip for nothing ????
The guy that did my nails was very nice (hence the two stars) but not very good. Some of the nails were put on crooked, paint all over my cuticles up my fingers…base of the nails on the sides not painted and left out. Not to mention the manicure I asked for (MAIN REASON I WENT IN) but didn’t get. I was told. “I work differently than other but you will get everything”. Yet I didn’t.
When the lady tried to fix my nails her “fix” wasn’t to do the bad ones again or paint where it was supposed to be painted but cut my nail to fit what was done and she kept stabbing me painfully with the cutters she was using on the sides…..I almost cried. The other lady kept saying I needed a pedicure which I would have liked but after all of that WHY TF WOULD I STAY?? So my feet can be jacked up too and so can pay to be in more pain….no thanks ????????♀️I got fed up and just left. That was my first time there and I WILL NEVER go back.
My daughter and i went in for a regular manicure and pedicure my daughters first experience and myself getting my nails done after a couple years so well needed. The polish did not last what so ever not even a week, onto day two the polish was already chipping from my 4 year old daughter finger nails as well as mine were to. Our toe nail polish was cracking and chipping by the next day. Very disappointed because i did see they had loyal customers there as well as great reviews. Wish we could have gotten that experience as well. Other then that the ladies were very nice and the massage and care was excellent from my pedicure, the massage chairs are very uncomfortable.
My friend has tried other salons, but she likes this salon the best. She says they have and use the best polishes for her nails.i am glad she is happy at this salon, but we do have one complaint. We know this salon is always busy, so we have done what the manager told us to do, make an appt. We have made three appts. on separate visits, and two of the three times, we have come early to her appoints and they skipped over her twice, taking other walkins before her, causing her to wait an additional 30 minutes to an hour. My friend may give another star, but I feel the customer service only rates 3 stars. Thank you.
Not the fanciest place to get your nails done BUT Linda and Kelly are amazing! Kelly is my nail lady and she's so detailed and her designs are very pretty, she can do it all! Linda is the best at pedicures, her designs are SUPER! It's best to go during the week because there's not much relaxing over the weekends, alot of ladies with a bunch of kids tend to go there.
I went there for many years moved away to Texas havent found a bettet nail shop yet miss them they were the best like family always did a great job on my nails and eye lashes miss Amy and her crew will visit them when I visit California again soon highly reccommend Marilyn farrow
let me first start by saying that I have been coming here with my mom on and off since I was in elementary school. I'm 20 now.
Staff is very friendly and always welcoming, but I feel like they rush everything that they do which jeopardizes the quality of what you want. I just left the salon (all I got was a pedicure) in total it probably took her about 15 minutes, from the time I sat down to the time I walked out the door. She left polish all over my skin. And one of my big toes the polish looked clumpy and not smooth. I asked her to fix it and instead of just taking the polish off, she applied MORE on top of the bumpy ridges.
$20 on my toe nails that I had to come home and fix myself.
Very Disappointing.
