I went in for a haircut today. I was very excited because my hair grew so much , after I had been struggling to get it to grow. I asked for layers and curtain bangs to frame my face and the person did a horrible job. I told him I wanted to keep the same length and he cut off almost 4 inches for no reason , layers look so un even. I started crying after I left the salon, even my curtain bangs were all messed up. I can’t believe I paid $40 bucks for this haircut. The blow dry also sucked , the hairs were going in different directions and look so un even. Im really upset. I rather spend 100 and be satisfied than get something like this done. Please don’t go here for haircuts!!!!

Also, last year I went in for a caramel brown balayage and another guy left my hair completely blonde! When I specifically asked for caramel not blonde... He put so much bleach he ruined my hair completely it took me a year to get it back to normal. & now that I go in for a cut this happens. I’m done here and never coming back.

Please do your research on who you trust with your hair !

This has been my go to place after to botched hair cuts from Juan Daniel Salon. Omar is the only person who I really trust with my hair. He really frames your face very well whether you're hair is long or short.

El corte fue bueno, lo que no me gusto fue la atención, entre y pregunté que si tenía que hacer cita , dijeron que no pero el peluquero me atendió de muy mala gana, como si no fuera bienvenido, el peluquero en ningún momento me dirigió la palabra, me sentí incómodo. Creo que aunque me gusto el corte esta fue mi primera y última vez .

Took my daughter in to get red highlights and some guy named Roberto who was dress like he was going to play basketball, did not do what we asked for. Mind you he had the nerve to tell me that I have to pay extra for him to fix his mistakes.

I love the haircut I got. The lady who cut my hair was very nice. I liked her. It was kinda pricey. They need to give a place a makeover.

Felipe has been my hair dresser for years he is the best!!

I will follow him wherever he moves to.

I just want to say how thankful i am of the services i received!

I got my hair done with my regular stylist at another facility prior to coming here. After years of going to that person they completely messed up my hair (i had not dyed it for over 5 yrs). The next day i was calling other places hoping they can fix my hair. Mind you it was Sunday past 12pm most places didn’t want to take me in bc is was too late. I called over at Alexander’s and stylist Omar answered and he agree to see me if i can get there ASAP. Which i did! I showed him what i had originally wanted and within a couple hours (he stayed after closing for me) he managed to get my hair just like I’ve hoped. And it didn’t feel dry or burned (i did bleach) so i was super happy! The next day Monday at work i realized my hair on the top was a bit lighter than my natural hair (i know I’m a bit too extra) so i called the salon after work and spoke with Omar and told him i wanted my roots more darker form the top if there was any way possible he would be able to fix it that same day. He had NO problem and asked to come in as soon as i can which i did again. I was super thankful he was able to get me in soon both days (juggling between other customers without keeping us unattended for long periods of time). I never knew about this place and i loved my hair style and the service! I highly recommend this place and Omar!! He is one talented and kind human!

Beyond obsessed with my hair! I saw Julio today for the first time and honestly I am so happy with the results. I wasn’t the best at explaining what I wanted, but he went above and beyond with his work. Very fast, professional, and detailed. The results were more than I expected. Will definitely recommend him to all my friends! He sits first chair by the door, amazing!!!!! Also the receptionist is so sweet and such a nice lady. It’s always a pleasure seeing her! Robert the owner is also really good and very very welcoming. Five stars doesn’t do any justice for this place. Thank you everyone!!!!!
