I asked for haircut service, and he wasn't focus on me. He almost remove all my hair on my left, and at the end, I have to shave my head entirely! He didn't even apologise, he just said, next time I will be care. And he threaded for the service fee at the end.

It is one of the most horrible day in my life, the barber hurt my ear when he did the cutting, he was keeping look at outside and he didn't pay attention on me! I was bleeding and he finished haircut in 10 mins and asked for 15 GBP! Ridiculous!
20 pounds for a haircut and slight line up of beard is a bit too much. Would've been happy with 15, anyway the service of cutting hair is good. However the barber more free styles it himself without listening to what the customer actually wants. Apart from that, everything's good
