Great????barber shop! Boris always takes great care of me. You can call ahead and make an appointment. Haircuts ????♂️ are $20 & $18 for seniors. I've been coming here for over a decade.
The real deal. NYC style barber shop. Five stars all the way. Mr. Boris is a true throwback professional. The hipster joints, you know the guys that charge $30+ for a regular clip, you know the guys with the tapered hair and black beards, they should learn from a true professional. They couldn't shine this man's shoes. This is a five-star barber shop.
I take my dad every month to Ahwatukee Barbers. They do an amazing job washing, cutting, & styling his hair. They also give him a shave & ear trim. He is a totally different person when he walks out. I'm having them cut my hair the next time as they do such a great job with the cut. Ask for the owner's son.
I’ve lived in Ahwatukee for 13 years and didn’t know about this place but heard a lot of people talk about positive experiences so I decided to find the location and give it a try. First impressions of the shop remind me of walking back in the early 90’s when I used to go to a family run barber shop and it brought back a lot of nice memories. I am pretty particular about what I want with my haircut and having gone to other places where I’m in and out in 15 minutes, this was not the case. Ilya did a great job with my hair and took his time to make sure it came out correct. He was also very pleasant and engaged in conversation. Something I am not used to when going to get a haircut. The whole experience was a huge positive and I will continue to get my haircuts at Ahwatukee Barbers.
My first visit. I did a walk-in, no appointment and they were able to take me right away. Illy did fine work, very pleased with my haircut and I can still style it any way I want. I highly recommend their shop. Thanks.
I've scoured the Greater Phoenix Area for haircuts in the past 2 years. No business has given me the exact cut that I'm looking for, but Ilya has hooked me up everytime. Super professional. Reminds me of the same barbershop I used to visit as a a kid! Big time shout out from your newest regular!
First off, Boris is one of the best barber/stylist/professionals that I have had cut my hair, he did a great job with my hair and beard. I discovered this place by chance on a detour from my normal way home. They were a little busy, but the wait wasn't too bad so I decided to wait it out. I watched as the barbers/stylists were working with other clients. I was surprised to notice that there were several conversations going on at once but all were involved. It wasn't the usual A & B conversation you would get at a chain location, it was much more involved than that. I really enjoyed that genuine interaction, the decor and overall atmosphere. It felt like I was at Cheers, but instead of drinking with Norm, I was getting my haircut with Boris. Needless to include, this is now my shop of choice, although I will be moving soon, I will visit when I come back and visit family etc.
Ask for Boris the Boss! I had no idea just said cut my hair short and he did a Michelangelo on my hair. My hair looks great and feels great. I can understand why his customers keep coming back, he new everyone by their name as they entered into the shop. I sat down into this cool Barber chair and as I leaving with a great haircut there was a line of gentleman waiting for their haircuts. I'd call ahead of time and make an appointment.
