We have never been here before, we arrived with my husband and 4 children.

Waiting at bar for nearly 10 minutes to put order in, lady arrives with a attitude and takes order (lisa I think she may be called ) ,food came was ok for the price of nearly £50. When finished I went to the bar and asked for desserts, we waited 15 minutes then I went to the bar to chase it up , the same lady just said " hang on" I went back to the table waiting a further 10 mins , I asked the lady this time for a refund on desserts, her response was she would go see what the chef was doing first and to just wait. We was still waiting and our children where getting agitated so we ended up just leaving after waiting over half a hour just for ice cream !

We Didn't get a refund in the end as no one was behind the bar at time of leaving and there was a big que. Shame really but will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

Disappointed is a understatement!

Food was OK (see picture) - gammon, egg & green beans with chips. The food wasn't hot the time they served. Waiting time was nearly 30 mins. Pub was clean, staff were really nice and helpful! 5 ⭐ for them, especially to Emma! Good atmosphere and people. Definitely worth a visit

Came in for a meal and coffee, enjoyed the all day breakfast. Staff also very friendly would definitely come back again.

Came here for leaving do. We were a large group which the staff found a table for us which was appreciated. Got some food. Had the mini plates. The food was hot when it came to the table. Good portions and quite tasty. The wine was reasonable priced.

Lovely pub with a lovely atmosphere! Visited last Friday with a group of friends & was served by Luke who was very polite & attentive. Food was lovely & all piping hot. Would definitely recommend.

Addison is the place to be not just in Bootle but anywhere on the planet. The atmosphere is electric, as is the house vodka. I was born tone death but after a Friday afternoon in this great place my singing voice and Shere confidence explode into action.

We recently came to the Addisons on a Thursday night and the quiz and the girl hosting it were both fantastic! The cocktails on 2-4-1 are also very good, you get plenty of alcohol in it for your money.

Peak Bootle experience. Very Liverpool . Horse racing booths . Good selection of ale on offer , good selection of larger . Decent prices not expensive.
