I don’t leave reviews ever, but this one is warranted. I was there a week and a half to two weeks ago for the first time and got a fill for my acrylics. 3 days after the gel started to peel off of my nail. As of yesterday, 3 nails have broken in half & when I called to see if I could get them fixed, I was very polite about it, and was told that acrylic lasts 1 week. Which is not true because I normally get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and have never had gel peel or any breakage. I was told I would have to pay to get them fixed, even tho I did not cause the breakage. I have an office job so I am not rough on my hands at all.
A1 is a top notch nail salon. I’ve been going there for 10+ years and even had my wedding party nails done with them. Everyone has ALWAYS been courteous, nice and professional and they have ALWAYS felt like family to me. I have recommended countless friends, family and coworkers over the years to see them and I’ve never had anyone come back and love them less than me. Sam, Maya, Kevin, Simon and Phil are all amazing, along with any other person that’s worked there and that I came in contact with. I’ll say time and time again A1 is the one and only nail place that I’ll go to!
I've been getting professional nail services for over 15 years and I went to A1 Nails for 5+ years and I only ever had positive experiences. After a few visits, I felt like home and the staff always went out of their way to make me comfortable and to make sure I was well taken care of. I did stop going to A1 Nails but only because a close family friend opened her own nail salon. I would most definitely go back to A1 Nails!
I've been going to A1 for a long time with my mom and we LOVE it! Literally so nice. Sam always gives me a big hug and remembers us. I have never had a bad experience. I was not able to get my nails done for years because of my job and I walked in today with no appt and it was like no time had passed. They got me right in with a brand new set, and Kevin did an amazing job with my nails today! I will not go anywhere else. Their prices are also affordable they don't just randomly charge u for "upgrades" and I feel like every other salon is so expensive. I love going there. Super clean too.
This was my favorite place I’ve ever gone to get my nails done. I was a walk in and they took me immediately, which isn’t always the case I’m sure, but it was great! I showed a reference picture and the man popped off! He had multiple books of stickers and let me choose the exact stickers I wanted and where I wanted to put them. These nails held up so well, not a single broken nail and they lasted for over 3 weeks and looked great! Didn’t damage my nails at all when I got them off. It was the least painful to get them done, he was very gentle and they still came out absolutely perfect. No crooked or thick nails. Just absolutely happy with the service I received. Highly recommend the dip!
There are some pretty bad reviews on here but I gave it a shot anyway and I don't regret it at all. I have never had such an amazing experience at a nail salon. They gave us complementary waters, My nail tech was Maya and she did such a great job helping me pick what nails I wanted and they turned out better than I expected. She kept the conversation going throughout the whole 1.5 hrs, she was very friendly and was all about making my experience comfortable and satisfying. Well done A1, you get an A+.

I got my nails done here over a week ago and they are still every bit as beautiful as the day they were done! Vivian gave me a perfect manicure, was very meticulous and professional, and was fun to talk to! I'm looking forward to going back :)
Even with a short wait, they were able to get three of us in to get powder gel nails. They only have two techs trained to do powder, so we had to take turns, but overall a pleasant experience. Even for it being Christmas Eve, (which they provided gift bags with two bottles of lotion for each of us) they were prompt and precise with their service. My nails look great!
