Me and my family have been here twice. Once for a beard shape up for dad. And today a first hair cut for my daughter and one for myself. Both times we've worked with Cindy. Highly recommend her as she is sweet, patient and does a great job. The staff in general is super nice. Prices are great too. If your looking for a place that isn't overpriced and they treat you like family this is it. Highly highly recommend!

My old barber retired and I needed a new one. I went into AJ's and needed my flat top leveled out and James took care of it, probably the best flat top since being in the Corps! I've been going ever since. Everyone is very friendly and I highly recommend them.

Don't have the lady by the door cut your hair! She has sucked both times she has cut my hair. Told her finger width length on top. The front is a little longer than that and towards the back of the top it is about 1/8" - 1/4". Told her a high fade, look at the pic. An 8 year old with a pair of safety scissors could do better! What a hack job! They don't deserve the one star you have to give!

Also, this place has a high turnover rate.

I don't like going to great clips or sports clips, so I prefer getting my cuts at independently owned barber shops. I figured I try this shop out since it was close to me and on the way to another errand. I asked the lady for a faux hawk and a half to 1-guard on the sides, but ended up with an uneven fade and chopped-up hair on top. She tried fixing it, but made it worse and didn't even bother to brush off the cut hair on my forehead once finished. Go for the male barber, he knows what he's doing. Or just go to Gambuzza's across the street.
