every dog places smells and i gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted them. my dog was groomed but not bathed. still had sand in his hair. he looked crazy . cheap ok but is not worth it because you want your dog bathed and clean.

Had a rescue kitten in need of a good bath. They took great care of her and were very friendly! When I got her back she smelled amazing and looked so much cleaner. She was a feral/stray, so the difference was definitely noticable. I'll be going back!

Long story short we have a Mini Doodle (30lbs) whose coat became an obsolete train wreck through a move from up north to Apollo Beach and a cancelled appointment with another groomer.

These things happen, sometimes for a good reason. I truly believe that in this case it was all so that Jackie-O (the doodle) could find her new groomer.

A Gentle touch picked up my call and after hearing my story and what we needed they said, “we’re booked up tomorrow but bring her in at 9am and I’ll find a way.”

They did find a way. They took our pup in and got her cleaned up. Lots of the hair had to be cut because the matting had gotten bad. Somehow they still kept her beautiful. When we saw Jackie we were so pleased to see her clean and happy.

We know now who to go to and already have our eye set on a date 6 weeks from now to re visit A Gentle Touch for another full service.

If you’re looking for someone who cares about you and your dog as much as their business then look no further. This is where you need to be.

They did a good job grooming my dog however the store needs a massive cleanup can't go back because of the need for cleaning.

I asked for my Pomeranians hair to be cut short for the summer and provided a picture, they shaved him completely bald and I thought he was fine until I got home and noticed he was acting completely traumatized, his underneath private area is completely inflamed and raw and he can’t even walk and keeps crying from being in pain. His shave left Multiple raw patches of skin, which I won’t even post pictures of because some are by his private area which he keeps shaking and crying from pain.my poor baby will probally be traumatized to ever go to the groomer again.

The location was smelling with the dodo of a poor dog in the cage. The staff members were not the nicest or friendliness people. One of the staff was coughing with her mouth wide open. The back wasn't clean with pet hair everywhere. Not sure if I'm coming back with my baby.

My boys came back all soft and smelling nice! Anyone who can cut my crazy dog's nails is a hero ❤

My poor puppy was very matted and him being 18 years old was something I delayed for him to do. But thankfully, the ladies got him all squared and now Juelz looks like a freshly shaved down dog and is happy as can be.
