Absolutely AMAZING! I usually don’t write reviews so me writing one for this nail salon says a lot! I was extremely nervous going to really any nail salon because I am incredibly picky with my nails and I am going on vacation so there is a lot of stress for them to be perfect. My nail tech did such a good job with my designs and she did it perfect on the first try (which for her to be able to do everything I wanted perfectly on the first time is insane because like I said I am very picky). She took her time with my nails making sure that there was enough layers of red sparkle polish to make sure it was solid. She was also very patient with me while I picked my color and while I was being a pain in the butt about the length and shape. Overall the atmosphere was great and everyone gave really great customer service! Not to mention the prices are reasonable, I definitely spent less than I anticipated! ($65+tip for an eyebrow wax and a full gel coffin shaped set with 4 fingers that had designs)
Anna always kills it when giving me refills and full sets. I show her pictures and she matches it perfectly. The sweetest people, always quick and efficient and great service. My favorite nail place!! 10/10 recommend
Long story short, I ran into these wonderful two ladies at Walmart looking for sports gear and noticed her nails...
I went there the next day and it was one of the best experiences at a nail salon in my life.
It turned out who I met were they owners! Great people and friendly atmosphere.
And the support home teams!! Go PHILLIES!
I just spent $35 for my nails to look bumpy. I spent an hour in the salon for a polish change and a manicure. They didn’t even fix my dead skin which is the main thing you do for a manicure. Didn’t soak my hands. Nothing. Just painted them and filed them a little bit. I’m so frustrated and I will never go back. The employee Kim seemed super angry while doing my polish change and it just didn’t seem like appropriate customer service. Wish I didn’t waste my money here. It used to be good. ( as far as I know , the women who owns it, does a good job. Haven’t seen that come from any other employees )
Only giving a 2 because the lady that worked on my nails was very kind, gentle and caring. I’ve been wearing dip for over 2 years now and it has allowed my natural nails to grow so strong. I went to this salon on Thursday 3/9, pictured are my nails today, just days later. I have never had dip break and chip like this especially within days of getting them done. Before getting started, like always, they ask you to pick out a color. I chose gold and green for st. Patty’s day. The gold came out more of an orange tint and the lady quickly corrected it with a coat of gel overtop which I was satisfied with. Checking out is where I’m completely dissatisfied with the customer service and quality of products since my manicure didn’t even last a full week. They charged me $45 for the dip manicure and $45 for the gel pedicure and tried to add on $5 for the gel coat because it’s not their fault the dip differs in color from the options they give you and what they put on you. I refused to pay the extra $5 considering it wasn’t what I asked for and the lady made it a quick fix which I was ok with instead of taking the entire dip off and redoing it to the color I asked for. They also don’t tell you they have a fee for using a card. Quality of service was great during the mani & pedi but customer service needs to be reviewed. Should always state prices before services as well. Nails that started chipping and cracking 2 days after is not worth $50!
I got my nails done today at my regular salon. My nail color was horrible. The more I looked at it the more it made me sick. So, I went here for a color change. Helen (hope I got her name correct) was professional, knowledgeable and even explained had the 1st coat of polish been white, my nails would have look neon yellow. I have been feeling out of sorts with my nail place. So, I will try Helen's services for awhile to see if I can get an overall satisfied service and maybe some designs. My nails look fabulous! I am ready for vacation. #BrightOrange
My bestie and I walked in to get our nails done and they took us immediately, which is impressive for a Saturday morning. They did a great job taking off my previous dip powder acrylics, and Anna did AMAZING work on my purple ombré. She made my nails look just like the picture I showed her! My bestie got the almond gel acrylics, and for her first time getting acrylics, it was a great experience. 10/10 we can't wait to go back. Thank you Anna and Helen!
I love A and D salon! Never disappointed, always treated with kindness and warmth!!! Very relaxing and my nails are always on point! I get so many compliments. Check out these halloween nails Ana did, she’s amazing with designs!!! Exactly like the photo I showed her!! Love. Also a very clean and high quality salon. I love it here <3 amazing spooky nails!! Not an easy design todo either.
