7 years I’ve been a customer. It took me 15yrs off trial and word with other places, but Kim always does me right. Treats me like family and her mom gives the BEST pedicures. I’ll be a customer until she decides to close shop.

Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!.. customer service very bad.. that lady was so rude. They just make prices go higher for no reason... They will also gossip you with their own language..The worst i have ever experienced. If you love yourself don’t go to that horrible place.. I regret giving them my money. Very unprofessional. Again i repeat don’t go there!!!! Thank me later!!!!
I usually come to this place because it’s close by but I just won’t anymore because the customer service is bad, they be giving you attitude for no reason, they tell you a price & then they switch it higher & don’t even give you details. Last time I went & she burn my eyebrow & didn’t even gave me a discount. If you’re going to not do your job right, then at least don’t charge the regular price. Like I said the price went up as well after she told me less. Or could be the way they speak. I hate it there now.
There were a lot of employees standing around on their phone. The manicure area was TORE UP. UNORGANIZED, , LACK OF EXPERIENCE AND THE CONDITION OF SOME OF THE TUBS WAS UNACCEPTABLE
I have been going here since 2013 n Kim is amazing. I lived in Lynnwood and traveled all the way to Tacoma just to get my nails done. I now live in yelm n still travel to her. Her n her staff are friendly and very concerned about making their customers happy. She's got a great sense of humor. I can honestly say I have been getting my nails done for a little over 15 years and I've never built a friendship with my nail tech till I came to 96th nails. I LOVE LOVE LOVE 96th nails. If she was to ever shut down I'd pay her to come to my house to do my nails ???????? ????????
This people are so rude and very nasty, the two Chinese lady’s do a lot of backbiting to customers, they talk so dirty towards customers with there language, Been on google translate and for sure they don’t respect their customers at all, slpppy job and full of disrespect to people

Pricing is not transparent. Manicure was horrible. Came in with healthy cuticles and NO hangnails. The day after, all of my fingers had hangnails and were peeling. The nail polish was all over my fingers and then chipped after a day.
