You can not buy everything cheap. I went into this salon last Thursday to get a gel manicure. Within days, the 4th day to be exact, my nails began to chip and 3 of my nails peeled off. I went back to the salon and asked if they could do something about this and the manager said after 2 days they would not make any alterations. I was incredulous as a proper gel manicure should last at least 2 weeks. I have never had this happen before. Do not go here. Spend the extra 20 dollars and receive quality service.
I'm so fkn mad my nails coming up! It's been literally a week! My nails were coming up in three days! They won't fix them! I been coming here for years! But I won't go back anymore!
I didn't want to star this at all, I came in on the 2/4/23 to have nails done however pleased with them until I left the nails has broken at the the tips because they're to thin. Went back on 2/10/23 to show her and instead of fixing the problems she choose to tell me that it has been 2 weeks and it hasn't. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU WANT THEM DONE RIGHT WITHOUT FOLDING OR BEnding.
I’m not sure how this place has a 3.9 star rating. There were random people inside trying to sell jewelry.
Upon entering I requested a dip soak off, I was told this would be $20 which was high to me but I was in a rush. When I sat down the employee began to use an acrylic tip to take the dip off of my nails. I explained to him that I would like him to stop and soak it off. He told me it would take to long and if I relaxed it would be fine and much faster. I let him try again and it still hurt, but it he refused. After a grueling 15 minutes. I paid and left.
Now almost a month later my nails are extremely fragile and weak after the top layer was taken off by what was supposed to be a soak off.
Oh and he proceeded to put the tip he used to take my dip off back in the acrylic tip container.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! Sketchy area, does not listen to the customer and unsanitary.

I don’t want to leave any stars. My nails are bleeding and I’m in pain. A man did them. I forgot his name. He cut my real nails and filed too low. I have payment proof also. I will not speak for the others but this guy was the younger one in the shop. He rushed and was disrespectful in a little way. No thank you to ever going back when I visit. (I have pictures on yelp)
Worst experience ever. Rude staff. WANTED TO CHARGE ME $3 EXTRA FOR SHAPING. HUH??? I tried so hard to be understanding and patient with them to no avail. I couldn't understand what any of them were saying. The woman who started my nails didn't ask me what I wanted and just started doing whatever. When I tried to show her a picture she wouldn't let me. They kept murmuring and talking about me in their native language. She stopped doing my nails midway and they told me to leave. I'm only posting this so no one has to go through the same experience I did. I left and went to City Nails instead.
