The nail tech was clearly sick, the shape of the dip powder was horrible I want to cry. Three of my nails have cuts from the nail tech aggressively picking/filing. Would only recommend this place if you’re doing something basic like a pedicure. And not the nail tech i had.
I have used this place a few times and have not had problems. Today I received a disgusting level of customer service from the gentleman that picks up the phone I believe his name is Aaron. I scheduled an appointment today and was told 6pm. Was called almost right before 6 to be told they have to move me to 620pm. Fine I accept. I get a call @ 610pm now telling me he can't take me anymore after I moved around my schedule second time and was almost there again. When I asked can I at least get a discount next time I come since this is unjust cancellation. He hangs up on me and tells he can't take customers like me? Hmmm wonder what that means... is it because I'm a minority? Crazy the attitude of businesses in small town that already have racial problems. Mind you been there multiple times and tip very good and have even gotten gift certificates as well. I support small businesses but will never support racism.
Unfortunately my 2nd visit was terrible! Had I had this experience on my first visit I would've never returned. I had a powder manicure and the result is poor! My waxing didn't remove all visible hair from brows or chin; plus (Amy) was extra slow. She probably did her best but the result was far from the work of what a professional spa should look like.
Love this place! After trying 4 diff places, I found my nail home. They only take appointments but are very accommodating. Very clean and nice social distancing if that’s important to you. Take their time and have lots of options.
Love it here!!!! Jenny does an amazing job on my French gel! Helen gives the best green tea pedicure and the gel polish LASTS!!!!
Nice staff, very clean, great color options. A little expensive. Pedicure polished one visit wasn’t the best. Too bad I get home from work most days so late otherwise I would continue going to this location. Bonus card when you go a certain amount of times you get money off a service. Gift certificates available, men know this because they were lining up to pick up Mother’s Day gifts lol.
My first visit and I was pleased with service. Had a pedicure and Uv gel nail fill. Jenny did a great job. *note that i usually go to a different nail salon for about 9yrs. This may be my go to now.
This nail salon is amazing. The owners are fantastic --kind and caring. Every possible precaution is taken to protect their customers. Everyone is greeted by name, at the door with hand sanitizer and a temperature check.
I cannot say enough about the quality of the services and will say it is
the best nail salon in Putnam county.
