I had the best experience today with Michelle. She had great personality and awesome customer service. She gave great instructions in detail on how to use a product that I have never tried before. I most def will shop here again because of her service.
I have driven past many other beauty supply stores to shop here because of the selection but that ended today! I purchased essential hair oil yesterday but realized when I got home that I meant to purchase the more lightweight version with a misting sprayer on top. I walk in tonight with UNTOUCHED product in hand, only to be told they could not accept an unsealed bottle back into the store. Mind you, the cashier fully acknowledged that the bottle is sold that way! The receipt also says on it ANY undamaged items can be returned within 7 days. I let her know that since the mistaken purchased cannot return, neither will I.
This store was so well organized and had so much to buy! I was overwhelmed at first... but the organization helped me find what I was looking for. The employees were nice and helpful.
Went to buy stuff for a female friend. I'm a male that's clueless about hair gels and hair, the young ladies behind the counter helped me a lot. It was nice to talk to a black female, that could testify about first hand experience with products.
Trying natural hair before I decide if I am indeed hooked on the " creamy crack" aka a relaxer. I needed some perm rods to roll my 2-strand twists. I found everything I needed & a pair of cute earrings. The young lady that served me was friendly & polite. ???? Yay. A very pleasant experience????????????????????????

I found exactly what I was looking for after visiting other beauty supply stores and NOT finding what I needed. THIS will be my beauty supply store for as long as they stay in operation.
