Paid $90 for a new set, three nails broke the day after. Went to get them fixed. Two days after that, another one broke. Went back again to get it fixed. One day later, ANOTHER one broke. Although the service I received both times I went in was amazing- seriously everyone is so nice so I truly wish I was not making this review, I refuse to go back in to get my fifth nail fixed in six days.
My nails were short when I went in and got extensions put on so maybe it is due to that but I have never paid that much for tips for half of them to break in less than a week. Very disappointed. But if you are looking for great service and maybe just a manicure, your results might be different.
Hands down the absolute best pedicure you will get is with Vivian. In a close second is Brenda. I come from Morris county once every few months to indulge in a spa pedicure with Vivian. Highly recommend the nail services, too. These ladies are all five stars. The salon is also super clean; they do not miss a beat.
Beautiful and quick gel fill in and pedicure. The nail shape came out AMAZINGLY and the regular pedicure was equivalent to what most places consider a “spa pedicure”. They put a mask on my legs and the leg/foot massage was amazing.
I’ve been getting mani/pedi for years at the Edgewater location and am very satisfied with their service. I get stunning nails whether it’s gel or regular and people ask me where I get them done all the time. Will be servicing this place over any other around the town for sure.
I did not have an appointment, but the owner and nail techs were able to accommodate me within minutes. I got my first ever gel manicure and I love it. My nails were done quickly, but with care. I'd definitely visit again.

I had been coming to 4 u nails for nearly 17 years on and off. My name is Seema. I left there today completely dissatisfied and the time before that as well. There is a way one should be treated as a loyal customer. With dignity and respect and gratitude. I felt none. Alice, the owner did my waxing and wanted to charge me 200% more than what she used to charge only a few months ago. She kept telling me how hairy I was. It was insulting and rude. She did not even say thank you for coming or we appreciate your service.
I spoke to her husband on the way out. He apologized. But, at the end of the day, they did not offer for me to come back or express their sense of gratitude for me as a customer. I went there through the pandemic when very few did. Now that the pandemic has become more manageable for their customers and business, they could care less whether I come back or not.
People feel kindness and gratitude. That should be the essence of this business. And raising prices 200% for a service that I regularly get and then telling me after you have finished it is not good business.
Last time, I came for a pedicure and you denied me. You said you could take me. This was when there were plenty of technicians available. I had even called before I came in. This is the second time I have been treated like I don’t matter.
I see the reviews are very positive, are you able to paint my nails for 20 dollars or under?
