I paid $50 to walk in, not asked to wash my hands, tools and work area were very uncleanly, my cuticles were not pushed back, they immediately went in with a drill on my natural nail, applies fake nail, then acrylic. A color coat, top coat, and that was it. 50$ for something I could've done at home. As a licensed cosmetologist this was incredibly frustrating. I never get manicures or splurge on myself, and I was so disappointed that I spent my money here. They told me after the fact that if I wanted cuticles pushed back, that would've been MORE money! A standard practice when it comes to acrylic nails is at LEAST pushing the cuticles back so it properly adheres. I wasn't asking for a massage! I wanted a proper manicure. I was the only client there as well, so no reason I couldn't get a design. And I asked for a design twice, once on the phone, once in person and was told no both times. I wanted Christmas design as I am trying to have something positive to look forward to, and was denied even that. Highly disappointed.

I’m so upset. I got my nails done on a Thursday, 2 days before my Cancun, Mexico trip. By the 4th day after getting a French manicure it looked horrible, 2 days into my trip. I was embarrassed of my ugly nails. I looked like I was over due for a manicure. By the 7th day, almost no paint remained on my nails.

Never again! I always go to GL nails but gave them a try. Big mistake. How embarrassing, all I wanted was cute vacay nails. Photos of day 4 and day 7 included for you to see. :(

The pedicure was nice, really good.

What my problem was with the nails. I asked for a french tip acrylic nails, I’ll just let you look for yourself. I’m beyond upset

This was my first visit here and I have to say she did a great job on my nails! I love the glitzy sparkly look. Very satisfied with their service and work!

My nails don’t look horrible but the workers were kinda rude in the beginning. Not 100% fond of the place.

While I believe they try to service clients well they take on too many clients at same time. The last two times I have been in they tell me they can provide service immediately and it has taken two hours and multiple people working on my nails to get a powder dip polish change. They need to be more considerate of people’s time and schedule when asked. You should not take two hours for a nail service!!!
