Even though they were very busy (which is a good sign), they were very attentive and professional. Nails looked great and the woman said she has 18 years experience in her field. Prices are also fair. The only thing I would recommend to them is to get an extra person to answer the phone and clean up while everyone else is busy. Then the owner wouldn't have to get up so much during a manicure.

Very pleased with my experience here. I was a walk-in and decided on gel nails (painted on my natural nails), and I was able to be helped by someone right away. The young woman who did my nails was very polite and took time to make sure my nails looked nice, and I recommend her. I wish I caught her name, but she's younger and wears glasses. The prices are very reasonable, and I'm very happy with the results.

This is my favorite nail salon. Kim knows just what i like and she can round nails. I haven't had an issue ever but i have witnessed some rude people. All i have to say is if you are negative about everything please don't use public services. Thank you. ???? Kim did it again awesome job girly on Color change polish. Few different occasions.

I've been coming to see Kim for a couple of years now and she never disappoints me. I called and scheduled an appointment for this evening and even though what I wanted wasn't easy she still made sure I left happy.

I have been a client of Gentle Nails for four years. I am always very satisfied with their work. Elizabeth provides me with the best pedicures I have ever had.

I found this little gem in the Food Lion shopping center and am so happy I did. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They do a great job; my nails always look great when I leave and lasts for weeks. Definitely my go to salon!

I did ask the girl not to cut my toenails on my big toes too short. She said ok. She cut them short anyways ... Now one month later I have an extremely ingrown toenail. Too bad, I won't be back. It seemed like a good place.

Between the wonderful prices, the service we got and the cleanliness of the place I am so happy I found this place. I always get French manicure on my toes and I judge a place on the ability to do this. They did an awesome job!!! I did not feel rushed and the hot stone massage on my legs was heavenlyyyyy. I have been to other places and look forward to going back to Gentle Nails for Mani/pedi and eyebrow artistry. I will also get the free hand art for my nails. So I will update in three weeks.
