Dishonest and shabby work. Brought my 9 year old daughter in today on her birthday for a full acrylic set with gel color. The technician used colored acrylic instead, which is not what was requested. My child also has cuts on her cuticles and on the sides of her fingers and is still bleeding even after the service. Not child friendly, and they do what ever they feel, not what is requested. Lesson learned. I suppose it being a slow day is why the service for a 9yr old was upgraded. Fool me once shame on me. Not to mention this is the most basic set of nails with terrible shaping I’ve ever seen. Thanks for nothing. They charged 50 for this foolishness.
Been going to Zully's for two years now. Booking appointments can be hard because they are so popular but I am never disappointed in the service. Itzel and Zully are both amazing I'm glad I found them through work friends years ago.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Absolutely love this place. Been getting my nails done by Itzel for over a year, she slays every single time!!! Appts are easy to make
And if something comes up and I have to reschedule, it’s never a problem! I won’t be going anywhere else, this place is amazing

I MEAN EXACTLY THAT..
She out does herself each time she does my nails. I love her work. She is kind and gentle and she cares about the work that she does. She enjoys what she does, and it definitely shows in her work. Zully is so talented and I will gladly give her every dollar I have... I know that when I have an appointment set, she is ready for me. I do not have to wait, and I'm out in 30-45 minutes.. With that being said, I always show for my appointment . So, if you are not going to show or something comes up; do not book or communicate that you might not make it. They take their work and time serious. Where you can't make it, someone can.
The shop is clean and well kept. This is a nice little gem in Durham. I travel from Hillsborough to Roxboro Rd. Faithfully to get my nails done by Zully.
Everyone there is always so kind and ready to help. I do not write reviews, but I HAD to let you all know about Zully's. I am so glad I found her and I'll probably never go to another salon again. Thank you Zully!
I have been going to zullys for 4 years and the quality of work has changed for sure! It makes me sad because my sets used to last for at least a month before needing a fill-in without any lifts or breaks. My fill-ins last about 3 days now if that! I have broken so many nails due to the acrylic being so thin or my gel polish chipping because of so many coats of polish being applied. With the prices that I am paying and tipping 20%, I want my nails to look good at all times especially if I am spending $120 every 2 weeks!!! I am paying for overpriced press on nails, I feel that I am not viewed as a loyal customer but as a dollar sign. I will say they do decent pedicures and I will continue to support the business by going there for ONLY that and by the looks of the reviews I am not the only one that thinks that the nail work quality has declined severely. I hope you all take this as constructive criticism to gain more business.

Hands down the best place I’ve gotten my nails done at. The work and customer service is great, and they actually care about the methods they use to apply and especially remove acrylic. Love it
I got my nails on about three weeks ago and they are still holding on strong! I got my nails done my Jesse I believe she made great conversation and made me feel at home. I am definitely going back all though the receptionists needs to work on her customer service some, but other than that everything was great love this place!
