Terrible customer service. One of the pedicure ladies didn’t let my feet soak enough for my skin to become soft. She began rushing on my feet and made one of my toes bleed. I politely asked her not to rush. When i went to the counter to complain, the young girl acted like she didn’t want to hear anything i had to say. So with that being said you all will get a bad review from me. The only person i recommended from this place is the pregnant lady. Everybody else can kick rocks.
Please done waste your time. If I could give less than a 1 I would. I had the worst experience ever. A waste of $85 hard earned dollars. I have never been to a facility and not have a tip. Let’s see they kept my feet in the cold water for 30 minutes. Never asked if I wanted a beverage or anything. The lady rushed through processes, didn’t let the gel soak off my feet but instead attempted to put a drill on my wet feet before I stopped her, they were putting hot paraffin wax directly on my feet, without asking if it was too hot, putting extremely hot towels directly on my legs without asking if it was too hot, cut deep into my skin, trying to get to my cuticle didn’t apologize for hurting me. Completely rushed through the massage that I was supposed to receive and left my feet with Cold paraffin wax for an additional 10 minutes why they went to work on someone else. Just don’t go!!!!
I have officially found a new nail shop!! I love how friendly and funny the staff is, how close it is to my home, and the beautiful work they do! They were absolutely patient when I waffled between colors, and this is rare for me- my nails are consistent in shape and size, they aren't crooked, there isn't a huge gap in between my cuticles and the set, and I got EXACTLY what I asked for. I am definitely coming back.
This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had!!! I would give zero stars if it was an option. They have their picks when it comes to customers they don’t have any type of customer service satisfaction. I was in the middle of a pedicure and didn’t like the color that I was put on my toes. The guy who works here took the color off and didn’t try to offer any other options. They stopped working on my nails and started working on another client without even offering any solutions. In the middle of a mani and pedi! They only care about money not the satisfaction of customers. The owner is rude and shows favoritism. Take your money somewhere else. These people are not kind and do not care about you if they don’t know you!
They are so accommodating and fast. I came in for service, but when I left, I broke my nail. I decided to come back the next day. They remembered that I was just there and got me in and out without issue. I decided to get other services that day. I’d recommend them all the time.
This is my go-to place for all things nails! I go in for pedicures and also dip manicures, and consistently leave happy with the best nails out of all the nail salons I've visited. Staff are friendly and engaging, as well as skilled and experienced. They offer a very wide selection of colors and choices, so there are options for everyone. Highly recommend this place!
I stopped in to get my nails polished(hands & toes). So, maybe it was because I wasn't getting the full work done I received such sloppy work????. The lady was NOT doing a full coverage of my nails on the first layer so it made the finished work look as if I had a crackling polish look & it was not cute(to ME)! So, I couldN'T appreciate the $25 polish charge for the rush job????.
Nail tech was very nice professional and friendly. I would refer and definitely will be back. ????
