James and Vanessa are amazing! I visit this beauty supply location seeking hair for my moms 50th birthday and they were very kind and gave great assistance! The prices were reasonable and they had everything I was looking for! When I told him it was my mom’s birthday he kindly told her happy birthday and gave her 10% off our bill! I would for sure come back and recommend this beauty supply store!

This awesome black owned store been going here since I was a little girl and I didn't know that it was the blankenship off of 31st and prospect and I'm sure y'all probably can remember that They had a beauty store front in the shopping centers of 31st and Linwood then they disappeared. Guess what they are now in Lee's Summit they have been there for 4 to 5 years I believe. So come support them and help grow their business. This is a powerful beautiful thing for us to support one another. Their prices are the lowest. The storefront is clean and neat and I got one-on-one customer service. Anybody that came in there got some help and left happy. Believe me they have clothes in there. They have wigs in there. They have everything and I'm going to tell you they are better than most of these hair beauty stores around. ????

This is a BLACK OWNED BUSINESS, that sells ethnic hair care and beauty products.

I pop into this store periodically. I have never really had issues until recently and find that it does an ok job of having merchandise readily available. However, watch your receipts, as they will advertise one price on the item and charge sometimes twice as much at the register. When confronted they give the generic “it must have been a mistake, we can give you a refund” spiel. Integrity is everything to me and this business has proven to lack that!

I can't even imagine shopping anywhere else. Very personable staff. They know their products and will provide suggestions even if the product is the lowest price product in the line. They help you save money don't try to sell you an overpriced product. I'm in here every week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. They will also price match, so I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. They will beat any price. Yes, this is black owned.

They were super friendly and black owned, which I love! They had a lot of products and knew their stuff when I asked for suggestions about what would be best for my hair (which is very important for me)! They also offer to order products you want that they don't have and won't charge you for shipping. I have found a new home for buying hair products!

I have no complaints! As soon as I walked in, the owner greeted me and was very helpful and friendly. She treated me like family. The store was neat and organized. I’ve found MY beauty supply store!
